The cashiers are just mean for no reason. No eye contact, always on cell phones. The last time I got a hostile glare for asking a question at self checkout. I usually try to avoid this Kroger unless I’m in a hurry because it’s in the neighborhood. They’ve had customer service issues for over a year and no one seems to care. If Publix opens a location nearby, the people in Hurstbourne and Plainview are going to abandon this store so fast. Kroger must think they have a monopoly in Louisville and couldn’t care less about quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Super rude, hostile, and impatient staff—acted like I owed her money or something. Honestly felt like they just wanted to kick everyone out so they wouldn’t have to do their jobs.

Just go up the road to Taylorsville kroger, this place is a quarter the size and has double the employees, but twice as slow somehow.

Regularly shop at this one. Like most places, it has it's ups and downs. They seem to have issues with staffing and/or hours being cut. Was in there the other day and not one lane with a cashier was open and their U-Scan area had a line backed up well into a frozen foods aisle. As of late, however, one of the biggest issues I have with this location is seemingly EVERY time I go there they have someone out front or in the cart area inside soliciting for something or another. I can handle the occasional Girl Scout selling cookies. I can handle the Salvation Army during the holidays. However, I really don't want to have people asking me for money every single time I go to the grocery. Someone here must be an easy mark for such things, because I don't see it nearly as much at the other couple of Krogers I'll regularly stop in and shop at.

(Preface- I had more than 20 items)
It’s 9:30 AM on a weekday and no one’s in the store, self checkout is open for everyone and only 2 people there
I get asked to move but when I’ve gone through the checkout the cashier or whoever losses my items and I waste my money so I tell this to the lady and then when she’s talking with her coworker in front of me she complains about when the 20 items or less is coming back. I just don’t understand there was hardly anyone using the self checkouts and there was no line why she was so rude and whiny when she stands there and just has to watch? I’ve gone to this Kroger for 15+ years and I’ll keep going but watch out for the checkout police

This Kroger is located in my neighborhood,and it has the WORST custumer service of all Kroger I've been before.Every so often,I have to ask for custumer service for different things,they never have someone available to bring the service.I have uncontable reason to say this,because it has been innumerable.To tell the truth, it is disappointed and frustrating.

Was in the area and decided to stop by this Kroger to grab some sushi for a quick lunch. The worst Kroger sushi I’ve ever had! The rice tasted firm and old, the sushi pieces were thin and loose… Met friendly staff at the checkout though!

This Krogers deli has got to be the worst in the city. I stopped by tonight to grab something quick to eat since I didn't feel like cooking. I was going to get a chicken dinner but all they had was chicken wings and some shriveled up looking potato wedges. Whatever, they were I decided to forego them and opted to just get some wings. The wings were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They were cold and had a nasty flavor

I had the same experience as Terrance at the deli! There were 3 employees behind the counter 2 were chatting and the other was slicing meat. I was ignored for 5 minutes. When I said loudly can I get so help please. The woman slicing meat screamed at me, after I’m done assisting another customer! The other 2 looked at me like I was interrupting their conversation! I walked out!
