Some of the Krogers are not as good as they were in the past.

I was entering this Kroger late at night about 10 minutes before closing time. I just had to get one or two things, blueberries and grapes, so I didn’t get think I would be late. I didn’t have my phone with me so I couldn’t check the time. When I headed to checkout, a worker was yelling at me telling me that they thought the store was empty. And repeatedly saying “OH MY GOD” or “LORD HAVE MERCY” which clearly sent a rude and aggressive message. The worker continued to complain in front of me while I was scanning my groceries, and kept telling me to hurry up. I was with my daughter so she felt very uncomfortable. I came back to the car and the time was 11:01 so clearly I was not overly late. Overall the shop was not welcoming at all, and the workers were extremely rude.

When checking out, Nick was very kind and helpful. Even considerate. HeAsked us how we wanted our items bagged and even made sure to secure our box of chicken to make sure it didn't spill open during transit. A lot better than all the other grocery stores where they just throw everything in the bags as quick as they can.

I was doing some grocery shopping and went to the deli to order some turkey. The employee told me the deli didn’t open until 8 and she couldn’t help me. It was 7:40. I went to the uscan to check myself out. I scanned 2 bags of entenmann's donuts because the sign said ‘buy one get one free on little bites and donuts.’ When one item didn’t come off and I inquired the employee told me “these donuts aren’t on the promotion and that it can be confusing, some people confuse gallon and half gallon milks on digital coupons.”

It's a great store but they now allow outside sales people and charities to wander the store badgering shoppers for personal information

This Kroger offers a wide variety of produce, prepared meals, and cooking utensils, just to name a few things. The customer service is outstanding, and parking is always available.

THIS Kroger is Farrrrrrrr better than. The new aircraft hanger eye sore they just built up the road. Ruined the whole area. What do they want for people to become depressed? The place is awful. What was the point? Nothing comforting about it. Wasted ceiling space and just a big box with zero beautification. I will never shop there. Don't want to ruin my day feeling depressed and Institutionalized just to get groceries.

I was told I could get balloons blown up for a dollar each at Kroger but this location does not do that. I had planned on shopping for a party while my balloons were being blown up but I just went to the Westport location to get them done instead. I would assume all Krogers are the same but I guess not the floral manager said absolutely not she was not going to blow them up. So I spent my money at the Westport location today instead

UPDATE: KRIGER ON BROWNSBORO ROAD ACROSS FROM THE PADDOCK SHOPS STAYS OPEN UNTIL 11:00 PM NOW! Good selections, great prices and easy checkout. BUT, Their emoyees never offer to help plus they are rude when you ask them where something is and don't care what you need,, they just want you to get out. They just don't stay open late enough either for their customers who work until 9:00 pm. Covid is over so they should at least stay open until 11:00 pm like Walmart or midnight like meijer. After closing at 10:00 pm their employees are out front sitting on the outdoor furniture they sell (smoking and vaping where a customer might buy it but be allergic or not want second hand smoke on new furniture in their home) or standing and looking at their phones at all hours of the night. Supposed to be stocking but they do that in the daytime too. It would be more accommodating for their customers if they were open later than 10:00 pm since their employees are getting paid to stand outside and do nothing.
