Worst pharmacy! If not I'd hate to see the worst. Will tell you on the phone your prescription is ready but almost never is. Sometimes it's days later. This takes standing in line multiple times for 20, 30, 40 minutes to find out. No apologies, and if you complain it seems to take even longer. 2024 AND CHECK YOUR PILL COUNT PRIOR TO WALKING AWAY. Girlfriend received 19 out of 30 pills on one prescription, and 24 out 30 on the other. Was told pill count was correct because there wasn't any extra in the stock. That only tells me that someone took the missing pills if they weren't in the bottle. A few other customers were talking about the pharmacist seemed high that day. He was irate when asked about the pill count and if there are cameras that record the so called count.

Went last night to pick up my scripts. Drive thru was closed. Went in waited in line for 20 minutes. Only 2 people working. The pharmacist and another person. The pharmacist looked high. Only got 1 of the 3 prescriptions. Just got notified that the one I picked up is ready for pick up. Probably going to find another pharmacy.

I have been calling them all day to refill my prescription and they will not answer. I have literally been trying for hours. I know they are there because they hung up on me one of the times. This happens almost every time I need a refill. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and I need my medication and I don’t have it because they don’t want to answer the phone. This is not the first time and I’m positive it won’t be the last if I keep using this pharmacy. I am switching pharmacy’s because there is absolutely no way that there is a worse one in Louisville.

I just moved here and I'm changing my pharmacy location immediately. I've never experienced this amount of rudeness. I just called for help and they essentially hung up on me.

Awful pharmacy place. Bad customer service. They seriously could care less about your medications. Asked them a question about a medication I couldn't find on the shelf and their answer was 'tough luck' as they really didn't care. The pharmacy tech didn't even try to help me find an alternative or better yet tried to see if other stores might carry it. I literally had to guess to see which place might have it so down the street to Walgreens I went to find the medication I was looking for with no help from them.

Kroeger Pharmacy on new cut rd. I'm new there and I gave them a 5 star. Why? Because so far everybody is nice and polite. Never been there. My son picks up my meds. In my opinion no matter where you go it's always the same. So far I don't have nothing bad to say about this Pharmacy. And I hope it stays like that. I don't wait long for someone to answer the phone. They always txt me when my meds are ready and the pickup time. I wanna thank the pharmacist and the staff for being such kind people. May god bless them all.

Lori is hands down the rudest pharmacy tech I have ever worked with. She has messed up my prescriptions for insulin and insulin pumps on multiple occasions and when I try to get them corrected, she is hateful and will never admit fault. Even my doctor doesn’t understand why this pharmacy can’t get it together. Don’t trust them with your prescriptions if you need them to survive, that was a huge mistake on my part. Their continuous negligence and lack of compassion for their patients is ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the fact that 9/10 times they mess up my insulin prescriptions - I tried to understand when they were short staffed but at this point it’s just the way they operate.
