This pharmacy should be closed down and its staff prosecuted . It is a shame that I still operates .They can never , ever fill your prescription on time .It took me once three times , and each time my doc will call in the prescription , and yet they say they never got it . On a second occasion ,I came three times in one day with no success , and they finally told me to come the next day ( although that meds should have been taken yesterday . Also , it wasn’t ready the next day . I advise everyone not to come to this pharmacy . It is the worst on the planet .Jesuit today I came over after waiting for my prescription for more than 24 hours just for them to tell me : one is not ready yet , wait for tomorrow , the second is not even made by the manufacturer .

Believe the comments! The people working here are rude and incompetent. If I could give it a 0 star I would

If you are considering a pharmacy, do yourself a huge favor and do not choose this one. They made 2 mistakes on my medication in one day, and then the pharmacist wanted to argue and I just had a question as to why they gave me the wrong prescription, with me while I tried to avoid any conflict. They told me that one of my meds was discontinued and had not been in production for a long time. I had been taking it for 2 years. I called my previous pharmacy and they said this was not true and they had plenty in stock. I was prescribed an instant release tablet and they insisted on giving me extended release because I only had to have 30 in a fill instead of 60- I take it twice daily. They are extremely slow to fill. If your doctor calls in, be ready for the app to say “refill in progress for 3 days”. The line is always long no matter the time of day. One day they didn’t run my insurance and charged my card the out of pocket cost and it took them 30 minutes to figure out how to do a refund and then charge me the correct price. Nothing is in stock. Be prepared…:they will have to order it. Impossible to speak with someone on the phone. They lost goes on. I told them to just cancel my meds and I would just have them faxed someplace else and would never be back. Worst choice of a pharmacy there could possibly be.

The Pharmacy drive-thru is always close due to staffing. They should post when this is an issue so people know to come in but they won't. They always have excuses why they can not do something or why they have not got your prescription even after you are notified they are ready. I would suggest going anywhere else. I have been trying to get my medication for a week and will be transferring my medication tomorrow.

If I could rate a 0 star I would :) I called my iron supplement in for a refill on Sunday morning, I get it. It wasn’t gonna be done Sunday, everywhere is closed or has limited hours. That’s fine, was told it’ll be ready Monday around 11am. Monday morning first thing 9am I called to get an update, they said 5pm. Okay that’s fine. Not the biggest deal, my husband gets there at 6pm Monday to pick up the prescription, they don’t have it. It won’t be ready until mid day Tuesday. I call the pharmacy 8X to see if they could do a partial refill & am sent to voicemail, EVERYTIME. I’m 6 months pregnant & you cannot get an over the counter iron supplement of 400mg. This is not the first time something like this has happened. My last nausea medication refill took almost a week from the time I called to request the refill, until the prescription was filled. Constant disappointing service, staff is unhelpful. Why are you guys even still open??

Don't believe the hours posted because I was there 10 minutes before the pharmacy was to close. The people stood around in the back and the guy cleaning the floor says...they've been closed for awhile now. SMH people need to get it together. Publix is in town now. I'd watch out if I was your company. They might put you out like your company did Winn-Dixie

Tech at drive thru wouldn't sell COVID tests through drive thru. Pretty sure that's the BEST place to sell them. Hope no one spreads COVID cuz she makes people go into the store and touch everything to buy them.......

Bad experience after bad experience. Changed Pharmacy‘s years ago. Today I went to the little clinic at Breckenridge Kroger and the nurse practitioner wrote a prescription for two items. She sent it over to the Kroger Pharmacy 40 feet away. I walked directly over to the pharmacy and asked how long it would take And the girl there said 30 minutes. After 35 minutes I got back in line and by the time I spoke with her again 45 minutes at elapsed. She said that the prescriptions weren’t ready but they would be ready by the end of the day. I asked to speak to the pharmacist . He looked at the screen and said, we don’t even have those items in stock. I could give you something so you could take the other Kroger‘s and see if they have it. When he began to do that, he said the nurse practitioner had not written any instructions on how to take the product that I would need to get that information. I walked back over to the little clinic and the receptionist coldly said… We are at lunch we can’t help you. I said, can you at least tell me the names of the medicines that were prescribed and she said no… We can do that in 20 minutes after our lunch. This is the insanity that is Krogers. How you can consistently receive one star reviews for years and no one does a thing to make the process any better… Wow!

Why would Kroger allow their employees to be so disrespectful to their customers? The fighting between employees shouldn't be aired in front of customers either. This is truly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. There are several other Pharmacies to choose from right around Kroger on Breckinridge... go anywhere else but here. I'm sure elsewhere you'll be treated with kindness and respect,

First can I start by saying YES we are in the middle of a pandemic and YES EVERYONE is short staffed however that does not give you the right to be nasty and unprofessional! The way we as people can get through this time is to show kindness patience and care for one another and things would be easier! HOWEVER this is not what I get from this pharmacy EVER I always have a problem with my child’s prescription! I have only came across ONE individual there who was professional and didn’t have a problem doing her job and she was an older lady! Whenever I have an issue I do what I always do and ask to speak to a manager or whoever is over such and such oh but today I seen why the staff act the way they do because their leaders iePpl in charge act that way they are nasty and of course in any establishment it’s a trickling effect! I’ve never been so disgusted with customer service all the way from the pharmacist down to the cashier!!!! HORRIBLE customer service and when I told her how rude they were all being she basically wanted to kick me out and send my prescription somewhere else because “she’s not dealing with me” haha what a joke! Spend your time and money elsewhere!!!Every single time I call to fill my sons prescription they give me an estimated time and they never honor that! And then get rude when you come looking for your prescription! It’s sad you can’t be treated correctly in a place that is supposed to help you!

Horrible. They gave my husband the wrong dosage for his bipolar mania and not realizing until we were close to a separation.. I barely caught the mistake literally at a glance did I notice the mg was 5mg instead of 10mg. He was going through a menta breakdown and all Kroger said was “sorry”. YES U R SORRY, no empathy AND NEGLIGENT
