Our family went to the drive through to pick up a prescription for our diabetic child. Susie at the drive through was extremely rude to us and continue to state “ Medicaid” Loudly throughout. Not only is my child Embarrassed about the new diagnosis, Susie, when giving the medication slammed the drawer so hard that the medication fell onto the concrete. We had to pull forward to actually get the insulin off of the concrete. This lady should definitely be talked to on how to speak to customers especially whenever there’s children around!
Callie and Melissa should be ashamed of themselves for letting someone like that work there.

Extremely rude staff. Unbelievable how rude the front desk woman was on 6/25 around 7pm.

I have had problems at other locations but I had an employee in this pharmacy go out of her way to help me with my prescription. My doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy. The employee checked all of the kroger locations for me and then assisted me in finding the lowest price for the prescription. I understand that not all employees will do this and I am grateful for the extra help I received instead of being pushed to the side and just told no.

Katherine in pharmacy is so good keeps the drive thru moving the manager Becca needs to know the customers always right had a squabble with her and she wasn't nice but I was right about the price don't think she liked that but prices don't ring up correctly if I'm gonna take the time to download all these coupons and 6 things ring up at regular price I think Becca better learn the customers always right

Takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your prescription. If there’s any semblance of a line, you can forget getting out in under 15 minutes. Go somewhere else if you can.

I am incredibly let down by my experience. This was my first time getting medicine from this location, as I have just moved to this area and this was the most convenient spot. I waited 30 minutes after someone told me my things were not in the system yet and that she would ask someone about it. There was no follow up with me, even though I was sitting in the waiting area. I asked one of the other women working about the status of my medication, she said it was almost ready, but then she proceeded to look frazzled and frantic for several minutes. She said they had lost it. And then when asked about my insurance I said I was using Medicaid, which I misunderstood what she was asking and I was made to feel like an idiot because she needed further information on my card. I'm also sick and lost hearing out of my left ear due to an infection. Once she put in my insurance she further informed me that I was not “covered” and that I needed to pay out of pocket. I just got a new card, how is this possible? I feel very uncared for and very confused how this kind of service is tolerated? Based off of some of these other reviews I think this absolutely needs to be addressed.

No stars..... Literally. I HAD to give one.I've never encountered customer service as terrible as this. Don't anticipate getting your prescriptions filled "same day," and don't expect them to show any concern about it. Even simple prescriptions that only require a label take nearly 24 hours. I can't fathom how they're still operating. It's beyond my understanding.CVS at Target is GOLD!

Very rude customer service. Susie is not nice and acts like it is an inconvenience that I am picking up my prescriptions.

I used to not have any troubles at this pharmacy but in the past year the drive thru is often not available. I had to wait in line in the store 15-people deep. I don’t shop at the store anymore and the last time I did, the wheels on my cart froze after u-scan at the exit. A woman had to come over to clear it. She told me I didn’t bag something that I had scanned. I had maybe 15 things. The store and pharmacy have really taken a turn.

Not sure why all the negativity but for me this pharmacy is the only pharmacy I’ll go to. Everyone who works at this pharmacy is so incredibly nice. Despite being slammed 24/7 they all do their very best to make sure all prescriptions are on time and answer any questions you may have. Again, I couldn’t imagine being so very busy and from what I’ve seen - the customers are usually not very positive - that would be difficult for anyone but these ladies always have a smile and a helpful attitude. Thankful for the kind service.

The last time I was there, just to ask a question, the pharmacy technician (NOT pharmacist) was rude and then gave me what I was pretty sure was incorrect information. I transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and learned that, indeed, her answer had been wrong. While losing one prescription customer might not matter to Kroger, it also means that I am far less likely to go in there to shop for food or other items!

If your life depends on medications DO NOT go here, the "workers" do not care about customers.
