I left a voicemail at 9:15 this morning. At 3:15 I called back and spoke to Carmen. I was checking the availability of a particular insulin. She said" I doubt it". Could you check please? Okay. A brief pause while she rang up a customer then an immediate No we don't. Rude & No Help. Don't bother using this Pharmacy. They don't care to help you.

I had a great first experience at this pharmacy. Ann was very helpful and informed me on how to look up coupons for medication. My prescription wasn't quite ready when I arrived so she enrolled me in their texts to notify me when it was ready. The medication was still ready in a reasonable time. I will be back!

Amazingly responsive! They are always willing to answer my questions, check prices, or rush a prescription that I forgot to refill

Say what you want about this pharmacy, but the techs that work here are incredible. They may be overworked, understaffed, and underpaid, but today Luke went above and beyond to try and get my very expensive medication better covered (insurance issues and a discount copay card that wouldn’t work). Even went as far as calling the manufacturer to try and sort out the issue. Even though he couldn’t get it straightened out today, I’ve never had someone go to those lengths to try and help me - especially considering how busy they are. I’m very thankful and glad to use this pharmacy!

I went here the day after Christmas and had fantastic service, even after having multiple grumpy customers in front of me, they put in the extra effort.

The employees at this pharmacy appear to be overwhelmed and stressed, but that should not justify treating customers as if they are a burden. Despite their workload, they are unhelpful when assistance is needed and lack empathy towards families who are in need of their medications.

If I cloud leave 0 stars I would even negative would do this pharmacy justice horrible staff members been fighting with my insurance to get my medication for the past two months a lady called them today to ask them to reverse a prescription order so my new pharmacy could pick it up the lady was horrible gave her attitude and then hung up on her I suffer from severe migraines and I need my medication for it this is unacceptable and a horrible way to treat people do better

I have been going to this Kroger and Pharmacy for years. They know me well. Good relationships, nice people, but then one man's decision to cancel my vital meds on a Saturday when I could not speak to my closed Dr office was incredibly rude to me on the phone. I need to file a formal grievance against a pharmacy worker who denied vital medications my Doctor sent over and he cancelled. Doctor's office has spoken with them. They say that he can not do that to us! Made for a terrible few days. He was so careless and very rude. My husband even got on the phone and spoke and he completely ignored him. I did not get my medicine until today 6/26 when I was told by pharmacy and my Dr calling to make sure of it on 6/24 by "noon". I talked to the gentleman asking if it were ready Saturday afternoon as I NEEDED my meds per every single day and he said he can't have it done by then. As I said before I myself and My Dr called the pharmacy to ensure this on Friday the day before. I was already worried and when I told him this he was so rude to me, said it would have to wait until Saturday evening, I immediately panicked as my family and I had been going through a lot of stress lately, when I got upset with the timing and rudeness my husband stepped in on the call as he could not fathom why it was requested BY MY DOCTOR to make sure it would by ready that afternoon. My husband was kind and concerned honestly as to what the problem is and why the gentleman was so careless. He ignored his concerned and cancelled my order for the weekend! I had to wait until my Dr called AGAIN very upset with the pharmacy this morning and a woman filled it right away as I had been out. My Dr. office told them that they cannot do that to people and suggested I complain. I am just now starting to breathe clearly. How can a pharmacist taking care of ill patients do something like this? Terrible! We shop there daily. This is absolutely inhumane and hateful. I will be reporting this in multiple ways. I would hate for an older less healthy person to ever get treated this way!

The actual pharmacist at this location is a very nice and helpful lady who really tries. She really does. This review would be a negative 1,000 stars if not for her help. Really feel bad for her. The rest of the workers at this location are about the rudest people you could ever encounter.

I absolutely love the staff and appreciate the top notch service they provide at the Holiday Manor Pharmacy! They are always cheerful, beyond helpful and timely. I have been going here for years and my interactions are always positive. Keep up the great work!
