Super mean. Called this morning to see what a solution was regarding them not being able to get a hold of my dogs vet office because they don’t have a fax machine. The lady was incredibly rude saying fax was the only option and when I questioned her asking if there was another option she said she doesn’t understand why the dog owner can’t just get a paper prescription and bring it there. I was taken back by her comment and I don’t appreciate her being rude when I was calling to figure out a solution. I don’t recommend.

Understaffed. Slow. Incompetent. The pharmacists appear perpetually overwhelmed and exasperated. I would too if I was surrounded by such slow and incompetent techs. They seem untrained and ill equipped and have to constantly interrupt the pharmacist to help them at the register. I keep coming back because I live nearby and this is my home store. But it is so bad and nothing changes. This time they lost my daughter’s prescription with no explanation why and could not fill a replacement because they were out of the medication. And it is a controlled substance and they have no idea where it is. Complete management failure to let this continue. I will not be back.

Been going there for years because it's . 5 miles from my house and I've finally had enough. It hasn't been well stocked since Covid, never have more than a couple of actual checkers working( often 0, sending you through the us can with a weeks worth of grocers for your family) and now the final straw; the sale signs that you find out are for digital coupons (that hardly anyone has). we had to have the alternate ID to get sale prices, now the digital coupon. what next? whatever happened to customer service? Doesn't Kroger understand the idea is to make things easier, not more difficult on their customers. I'll start driving the extra mile down the street to Walmart or Meijer. Wait until another big chain comes along. Kroger will go the way of Winn Dixie.

They don't have any kind of card machine that reads a virtual wallet!! It's 2023 and I'm from a town of less than 1,000 people and EVERYWHERE has apple or android pay. Just don't come here if you only have card or cash!!!

Terrible customer service riddled with incomplete/incorrect information. Do yourself a favor and get your medication elsewhere. Your life is too important to put in the hands of these jokers.

Dr prescribed some pills 325 mg 2 x a day. Picked them up and they were 650 mg with instructions to cut in half. The pharmacy never called to say why the did this or say anything when I picked them up. Very hard to cut so some days I may get more than recommended dose or less. I went ahead and cut them all so wouldn’t have to cut them. Every day.Would have bought a pill splitter if I knew. Just had shoulder surgery so difficult to cut. Also drive thru is not always open just depends I guess if they have help. Plus they have one lady that’s really slow.

Jan 2022, Not helpful, I feel like I’m completely on my own. There are a couple of nice women who help him, but the pharmacist gets one star based on my experience.

I have always used Kroger Pharmacy for my prescription medicines for years, but have been using this pharmacy at this location for last 15 years or so. All these years I have known quite a few Pharmacists that have now retired. The current Pharmacist Patrick and Chris too are very caring and best pharmacists one can want. Their personnel in the pharmacy are all efficient and very courteous too.

I’m patient enough to wait the 25 minutes it took for them to fiddle with their computers, but it was pretty lame watching them hold a lady’s medicine over a mask. Specifically the pharmacist. Pathetic.

So horrible they won’t fill my sons vital prescription through Medicaid alone because they won’t be able to bill private insurance because “they won’t make enough money” their words exactly

Horrible experiences. Prescriptions are seldom ready. Most times have to come back and wait in line all over. Will go up there today for the third time to get the same prescription filled. Jokes on me. Waste of time. They don't answer their phone. They don't care. Can't give them less than a one star rating, if I could it would be a negative five.
