Idk why people are saying they're slow, they work at the same speed as every other pharmacy I've been to. Maybe people are talking about when they're super busy ? Idk. This pharmacy and the Bardstoen Rd Kroger pharmacy are my go-tos.

Slowest Pharmacy that I’ve ever had to deal with. It shouldn’t take 50mins-1hr to get a prescription of Amoxicillin. x2

Don't ever go off what they originally tell you when your Rx will be ready. For something that is so important to someone their word should be something to go off of, Not something to totally ignore for your own good. This Kroger needs to stick to groceries only.

Their job is so hard, and they do it so well. They're not afraid to shoo away nosy people to protect patient privacy and I really appreciate that.

I saw negative reviews. I have never found any staff being rude, or drive thru closed except during posted times. Lines can be long at times but not extremely so. I am happy with Kroger pharmacy.

they’re ok, definitely better than 2nd street kroger, but I had surgery at 8:30 am and my painkillers were not ready until 6:30 pm that night. my roommate told them i had just had major surgery and they were just like “sorry” the real kicker is that they let a middle aged woman bully them into filling her prescription faster, for the same reason but would not fill mine. i’ll still go here

My experience has been great up until today. Today the pharmacy tech was someone I hadn't seen before who I assume is new. She claimed first that my script wasn't working and then changed something and said it was. Then she said that my insurance wasn't working. I asked if it was possible if something got entered wrong because my script and insurance have been the same for over 6 months and never a problem. She just said nope, it's a problem with your insurance and refused to even try to troubleshoot further. So I had to drive in to the store and unluckily she was the same tech who greeted me. She now said they didn't have anyone to fill it. I pointed out that she said something different before and she went back to saying it was my insurance. I again reiterated that in several months nothing had changed and asked if she couldn't check to make sure nothing was entered wrong and she again refused to try and said she couldn't do anything.I reluctantly walked out to my car and wasted more of my time getting through to a human on the phone. Insurance said there were 0 problems. Came back in and it was the same tech so she finally looked into it and lo and behold, she had entered something wrong that she fixed within 5 minutes of actually trying to figure out the problem. On top of all this, besides being generally condescending and unhelpful, she didn't even apologize for the "problem" coming from her refusal to try to fix it or ask someone more knowledgeable for help.So if you can, avoid this tech.Iku and the rest of the pharmacy techs have been great and always very helpful so I hope that I can just avoid this lady in the future.

I've been getting my prescriptions here for over 2 years now, and everyone has always been very kind, curteous ,patient, and respectful. They are a very busy location and I see them take the time they need to help each individual so if there's a line, you may wait but you will be treated equally well when you get your service.I have often found the drive-through to be fast and convenient. They are respectful of Trans people and can even add a preferred name in your profile.

They have gone out of their way to help me get my prescriptions. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from because all my experiences have been pleasant. Sure there are wait times and they are better for refills than urgent, need it now meds but I have no complaints about the staff or service there.

Staff is argumentative and rude, not empathetic at all to patients and would rather argue with them. Was told a script would be ready "tomorrow" but then the next day I was told "tomorrow" again. Will not be using this pharmacy again in the future. They even told me that someone had probably "gotten into my pills" when I said I would run out before they would refill, which is not true or possible. They preferred to gaslight me instead of trusting that I can read the information on the bottle they gave me and count the remaining number of pills I have. Extremely unprofessional with no empathy at all.

I've been using this pharmacy for 18 years, have never had any mistakes or errors, usually am met with friendliness. Kroger management would do well to staff up since it's always busy and nearly always a line. Staff always want me to pay the least amount and have multiple discount cards loaded into my profile to do the calculations. I think they feel horrible when I have to pay $200 for one med until I meet my deductible. Right, this is not the place to go for a rush fill. Great for maintenance meds and accuracy.
