They have seriously dropped the ball on paying my daughter. She worked there for over a month without pay. She was expected to be there and to do her job, but someone didn't do their job to ensure that she was paid. It seems that they get over on the students who work here. She was forced to quit to get another job where she would be paid. So since she has resigned, they will not send her check overnight. She has to wait another week. Meanwhile, she was supposed to go without food, gas, etc. But they don't seem to care. Do not support this location. They need to get their act together. Shifting the blame to my daughter for not "talking to the right person " and not accepting responsibility for their lack of action and communication. They are terrible. I will not shop here if this is how they treat their employees.

Pharmacy line takes hours. Finally got to the front and was sent to another line. The other line said my meds were ready, so I went back to the first line. Here I was accused of cutting everyone and sent to the back of the line even though a total of 30 seconds had elapsed.

Probably the worst Kroger I've been to. Never any carts, dirty, overcrowded. Self checkout machines constantly malfunctioning- had to wait while a video recording was replayed of me checking out to ensure I wasn't stealing.

Once again I'm endlessly disappointed in Kroger. Not a single hand basket to shop for just a couple of items. The only carts available had frozen wheels or dragged to one side. A little maintenance could go a long way. No reason for a 5 minute shop to be such an excruciatingly miserable experience. The only positive in this entire store is the lovely man that works the sushi counter and the incredibly sweet lady that runs the self checkout. Looking forward to the Publix grand opening. I

apparently this store no longer does rain checks. at least that's what the lady at the service desk told me as she chewed a candy bar in my face. tried to call the store to confirm if that was true or she's just lazy but couldn't get through to anyone after 10 minutes. that's a shame because this store is perpetually out of stock. it's also perpetually dirty and understaffed with lines winding back through the aisles. it's gotta be one of the worst managed stores in the country. easily the worst one i've seen in the state and i've been to many kroger stores.

By far the worst Kroger in Louisville. I've never seen such a terribly mismanaged grocery store. It's a shame because I've been coming here for over a decade but now you can't even bother stopping in for something quick. Be prepared to stand in line 20+ mins at the self check out while the associates are rude to you as well. Skip this place at all costs if you can!

Every single time, no matter day or time there never seems to be more than 2 human operated registered opened. This is absolutely ridiculous, by the time I get checked out and back to my house my froze a are thawed and my colds are warm, this needs to change immediately.

Kroger took responsibility for Instacart delivering my groceries once. They (Instacart) added things that they wanted to MY credit card, most things I ordered were not right, not approved to sub with, or not delivered at all. Kroger said they would reimburse me for the things that were wrong, but never did. They wanted me to email them pics of the receipt, along with other things. I did everything they wanted me to do, & they still did not reimburse me. Kroger is still (as of February 3rd) responsible for reimbursing me. This happened in December.

They get 2 stars only because the order was correct and the guy who brought it out was terrific. I ordered from online to pickup. And Was very disappoited with my initial contact. The phone went unanswered the first few times. I Was then connected to the front desk .They transferred me. This went on for appox 10 min back and forth with the employee at customer service getting more and more agitated. Not one car in the lot. Took 35 min and way to much huffing and puffing. Front desk needs a major attitude adjustment. I was there at 12 on 12/23.

The produce guy working today 3/4 at 7 am was a complete jerk to me as a customer. All I asked for was a few empty boxes. There were literally 30 sitting in a pile. I grabbed 3 And he chased me down like a criminal. Telling me he would get the manager I'd I didn't give them up. I said fine, so now he gets a public review of how he treated me.

Pathetic Kroger location, profoundly understaffed because Kroger corporate wants to pay their employees like it's 2004, while raising prices on every product under the roof. Service hasn't just suffered, it doesn't exist. What staff are left are overworked to the point of being visibly burned out. Shelves remain empty for days at a time, not for lack of inventory but for lack of anyone to stock them. I'd say Kroger should be embarrassed to run a store in such a poor manner, but as their pay scale so clearly demonstrates, they're incapable of shame. Pathetic isn't the word for it. If this is the best Kroger can do, then Kroger needs to quit.

So after getting shut down at the Goss Ave., Kroger shut down over hour in store and a half hour at gas pumps I'll shoot over to the 2nd St., Kroger and they are wide open till 10 o'clock every part, accepting cash as they should. I'm so greatful and thank you 2nd St., Kroger.

I stopped in to the Kroger the other day while I was in the area to get a few items that I needed. It's a decent Kroger count on the small side they had a police officer working the front door so that's kind of sketchy and scary to think but I was in an out didn't have any problems

Went in today (7-23-20) to get sushi for dinner, within an hour of eating it my family and I got food poisoning, my mother got the worst of it. I tried to call customer service but the lady laughed when I said we got food poisoning and then put us on hold for a supervisor, I was angry at her response and just hung up. If your going to get any food from here, check to make sure the freezers are working properly and the food was made that day.

Visited a few times in the past before the new renovations and it was a -1 review then. I believe they have new management because before the help was terrible. Most of the employees then just seemed mad at the world. Most of them are gone now I still see one or two of them but they aren't dealing with the public anymore. They havMuch improved with the new management.
