Was verbally accosted by a Kohls worker in the dressing room. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by a store worker in my life. I definitely DO NOT recommend this store.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Kohl’s on Westport Rd in Louisville. Tonight, I was trying on shirts in the fitting room. Found a couple I liked. Went back to try on some jeans and the fitting room was blocked with the lights turned out. After seeking some help, I was informed that the fitting rooms were closed for the rest of the evening (a full 45 minutes before close). When I explained that I was in the middle of my shopping experience, I was cut off and told there was nothing that could be done. Frustrated, I dropped my intended purchases to the floor and left the building. The worker called to the other workers on her radio to inform them that I was banned from shopping there ever again. Such a confusing experience from a store that I have always enjoyed. I assume this worker had a bad day, but this is why shopping online is so much better. The online store never has a bad day or treats me like they don’t value my business.

Nice clean store with really enticing displays, have to remind myself not to walk out with more clothes than I need. Also sephora is here now which, sucked to hear they didn't have my shade because of theft but hey that's the community.
