I’m a Lyft driver and I ran over a bolt during the morning rush. Looked up nearby mechanics- they got me right in, and even found another bolt in a different tire. Took 20 mins, for a bargain price. 10/10 service.

I didn't even have any work done on my car. I walked on the lot and was given a very negative vibe from "Joe". He couldn't give me a time frame for anything. I definitely didn't feel comfortable with them looking at my car if you can't give me an answer.

My husband and I take both of our trucks to Knock's. Joe can immediately figure out what is wrong and we know that it will be fixed in no time and that the job will be done to perfection, we would never consider calling anyone else. Joe's prices are very reasonable and we know that he is honest and will always do his best.

This place was recommended by the nearby AutoZone. My experience was terrible. I'll just say they fixed what I needed but then decided I needed additional work. When I declined the totally separate repair, they threatened to reverse the work I agreed upon and said I could call a tow truck to pick it up. I caved and agreed to the additional work because I needed my car. By the way, the first gleaming review is by Dillard. Dillard works there.

I dropped my dodge avenger off at closing time cuz that's when I had a ride home and they had my car fixed the next morning...i was expecting my usual thousand dollar bill..when they said 140 and I left I was a very happy camper, it was the best experience I have ever had from a mechanic

Was quick to take of the problem with the belt on the car but didn't install it right because it is still shredding and making horrible noises. When I tried to contact him he never returned my calls or anything .will have to go to a different mechanic to pay more money to fix whatever he has done
