Just left this location and I have to give a huge shout out to David and his team. I stopped by for a patch on my tire and they took care of me immediately. In and out was less than 10 minutes and everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you David!

Today in the morning, Ken Towery’s Tire and Autocare provided excellent service despite an initial scheduling mix-up. Kevin and Jeremiah were friendly, professional, and quickly changed my oil while checking my tires. Highly recommend bringing your own filter and oil. Shout out to Jeremiah and Kevin for making it a great experience!

I went in with a tire leaking air out, and in just a few minutes, they had patched up the tire wonderfully.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion I noticed they didn’t even bother to rotate my tires. They thought since I was young I wouldn’t know anything! Very dissatisfied

I noticed my tire pressure was low on 3 of my tires. I needed to see if I had to replace my tires or have them repaired. I went to 3 other places that were unable to help me. I figured I would try one more place. I stopped in at Ken Towerys and immediately they took my car into the garage and about 10 min later they had found a nail in both the rear tires and repaired them on the spot. I was so grateful they were willing to help me and fast/friendly! Thanks again and will be back if I ever need service again!

I needed an emergency tire replacement since the air was audibly leaking from one of my tires, and could drive for about 5 minutes before I was driving on the rim. I called this location to make sure they were open til 7, and headed that way thinking I was going to have to leave my car overnight to get the tire replaced since it was already 6:30. I pulled in and no sooner had I gotten my kids out of the car and settled in the waiting room and the guys in the shop were helping me figure out the best tire for the car and telling me they’d be done in 10 minutes.
As a mom by myself with two very active and inquisitive kids, it would have been easy to have felt judged or dismissed by the shop staff, but they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and paid attention to my questions. I’ll definitely go back when I need new tires.

David at the Taylorsville Road shop was my angel for the day. I came in to have a tire checked and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes. With busy schedules that is always a plus. The guys are always friendly there and always quick to help. That means a lot.
