My brakes were making an awful noise and I didn't know what to expect. Called Ken Towery yesterday and they said they could get me in right away. Tyler helped us out, he was very informative and professional. He made sure I understood what my brakes were doing, even showing me with a demonstration. He called me a couple times during the day with updates, keeping me informed. My car is working great, I really appreciate this guys.

I have taken so many trucks to this place and I don’t know why. They forget so many things I ask them to do every single time without failure. Check this, rotate that, is this ok? All forgotten requests. Every time I go there, there is a total staff turnover. Bad service.

Extremely helpful staff. They quickly replaced two tires. They also gave me a list of other things I should have serviced, too, with an estimated cost.

Came in for brake service, I was content waiting as I was quoted 2 hours for the change of rotors and brake pads, however, this ended up being a 6 hour endeavor.Everyone here is nice, they mean well, but they communicate horribly. I was told two hours, yet every hour they just came up to me, telling me “oh they’re getting it back together now” and no matter how much I asked for a time, they wouldn’t give me one. I would’ve paid for an Uber had they just been honest and up front with me, they told me it was taking awhile because of an “issue” they found, yet when prompted there was no issue. Just the run around. Waste of a day waiting, and I was beyond late to the plans I had made for the afternoon. No discount, no feasible explanation. I used to suggest Ken Towery’s, but you’re much better off elsewhere with how many options there are for car service. Definitely the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with car maintenance. Do better!

Paid 2400 for tires and brakes...Now i have an ABS Fault and brakes went out...I've brought it back 2 times...the second time i brought it back they had my truck all day and didn't fix it

I don’t post many reviews for companies unless the service is superior or outright terrible. Todays interaction at Ken Towerys was a 10/10, more like 100/100. From the moment I entered, the three gentlemen working were welcoming and extremely friendly. Mark, Brandon, and Chase reviewed tires on my daughters car and wife’s car. They were honest in their assessment and never pushy. They valued their job and it showed with the service delivery we received. For any of your tire needs, please visit the Ken Towerys in Middletown and say hi to Mark, Brandon, and Chase.

Brandon is a fair and Honest Manager he deserves 5 stars, but the corporate company Monroe and their customer service department does not. The corporate company has poor customer service relations and stands firmly when the problem was misunderstood communication and unfortunate poor management and documentation.We appreciate Brandon in our very difficult situation that he was placed in along with us by the previous management. Without going into detail about our ordeal he was very considerate unlike the parent company Monroe. Specifically Mackenzie who in our opinion was rude and insulting in a conversation about resolve of our issue. Thankfully Brandon saw through the situation and help us with a fair deal. Thank you Brandon and we wish you the best of luck! The customers are lucky to have such a manager in charge just hope you never have to go to the corporate level for anything!THE STARS ARE FOR BRANDON NOT MONROE THE PARENT COMPANY.

If you need service...GET HERE!!!! The team is great: Personable, polite, down to earth, and professional. They found the problems with my vehicle that NEEDED to be fixed, not "needed". My estimate was higher than what they charged; they do the right thing by the customer. This is YOUR KEN TOWERY'S

I’ve previously had great experiences coming here. The last time I came in for an oil change, my oil was apparently over-filled. I was smelling a burnt smell under my car and took it in to a different shop who informed me the oil was over filled and it was leaking into my exhaust system. They provided photos as proof. I will likely not return here for service.

I would recommend the shop to any and everyone. With prompt, kind and effective communication from Ryan I understood everything that was being done to my car and given a great rate. I had a tire leakage and called some of the tire repair locations. They all had the appointments available one or two days later. I can't wait that long to drive from Louisville to Lexington tomorrow. Then I happened to call this store and the manager just let me drive in and help repair it. They were super nice and professional. Done after 15 minutes. I strongly recommend this store.

First time customer. I live in the area and checked 6 different stores before deciding to come here to get my battery replaced. Not only was the price was better than most but they also waved off the diagnostic fee to look at a noise my car was making.They replaced the battery in no time, gave an 18 month replacement warranty, found the cause of noise, fixed it for no charge, and applied a coupon without me even asking.When I got my car back, I saw they had also fixed another item that I knew about previously but had forgotten to mention to them, for no charge.Thank you Ryan! Definitely a repeat customer here from here on
