Absolutely LOVE this shop. Their service and care reminds me of my family’s furniture store. Family owned and operated. They’ve never done me wrong. I high key recommend using them if you ever need work on your car and they also offer a discount for AAA members!!

I took my Lincoln Town Car for A/C Repairs in the summer of 2022. The A/C would come on when initially turned on, but if the car was turned off, it would not come back on. I paid out over $1,000 for repairs, each time taking it back but the problem was never corrected. Summer of 2023, I took my car to a different car shop (B**** **********), and they fixed the problem; all it was was a temperature sensor for $64.91\nAlso, during one of the times Kavanaugh had my car for A/C repair, they said I needed front end work and the costs were over $1300. A while later, I started having problems with the car going extremely to the right and making noises. I called Kavanaugh's about the problem and if there was a warranty, and was told there was not. I took my car to Kavanaugh's, who advised I needed $2,076 additional work done. I then took my car to T****** ********* Shop who fixed the problem; he said all it needed was the front end parts tightened up because they were loose. He also did an alignment for $69.95.\nI do not recommend Kavanaugh's to anyone, especially if you are a woman. They took advantage of me and everytime I took my car there, it was always something else that needed to be repaired.

Paid over 3 grand to end up getting towed out of the highway. Three weeks calling in to be left with their annoying PA system coming back with one excuse after another. Will never set foot there again. Truck was fire sold after their “service”

My feedback to Phil (owner) sums it up:"I’m just letting you know how much we are amazed at the incredible quality and craftsmanship in the job you did on the 2000 Camry.We are just thrilled at how the paint matches so perfectly. It’s flawless. It’s impossible to tell that any work was ever done in that area. The entire roof color is as uniform as if it came off the line yesterday and the entire roof shines as it never has before. The windshield install looks perfectly flawless. It’s an incredible job on a 23-year-old car.Cleaning the whole car inside and out looks like the car has been detailed. The tire dressing was also a very nice touch.And I was very glad to hear of the work and preparation, along with the photo on your cell phone, that went into preventing the rust from returning.You have some seriously skilled people working for you.Absolutely outstanding."In addition, Phil kept the cost exactly at the estimate, which was significantly less than the only other estimate I got from 6 other shops (and that higher estimate was only after the adjuster got special permission from the owner - MOST ALL other shops are collision only shops and will not take jobs involving rust restoration). Kavanaugh's handled a job ALL other shops rejected and delivered an absolutely outstanding, nothing short of astonishing, end result.

Excellent shop, friendly and fast professionals. I punctured a tire on the highway and needed a patch to get to work. They were the closest shop and were able to help basically as soon as they opened. I definitely didn't think I'd be sitting in my office only an hour late after a 30 minute, very affordable fix. Thank you for saving the day!

I tried calling other places and no one would return my call. I found Kavanaugh's on Yelp and read the good reviews and decided to give them a call. Someone actually answered the phone and was very friendly. She told me I could stop by the following day and someone would look at my car.I stopped in and only waited a few minutes. A nice gentleman walked out and looked at my seat, and we walked back in the building and he gave me an estimate. I needed the back hard plastic part of my passenger seat replaced. He ordered the part and it came in within a week. I went in today and they fixed the seat within five minutes.Very reasonable price and sudden service. You can't find that anymore.Other places would not even return a phone call.I would highly recommend this business.

Would not go back. The work they did was fine, although a bit overpriced and took longer than it should have, but then they tried to sell me on additional unnecessary work (I'm always suspicious of mechanics "finding" additional problems, especially when they know a woman is paying for the work, sad to say in this day and age that kind of stuff still happens a lot, not saying that was their motivation but I wouldn't be surprised). I didn't even try to go there in the first place, I had a different place that I told AAA to haul my daughter's car to, but AAA brought it here and based on google reviews, I let it stay there. Wish now I had forced the issue and made AAA take it to the place I said. Won't make that mistake again and will stick with my tried & trueService: General repairs & maintenance
