The experience of buying a car at this dealership was pretty awesome. I delt with Brian when buying my first car all by myself and he was great. He didn’t make it seem like a business transaction, he was funny and made it fun through the whole thing.

UPDATE:
This is my first time leaving a negative review, but I feel it needs to be said. Everything I said before is still true, the purchasing of the car was easy. But dealing with our license plate/registration was not.
I waited over two months and never got our plate in the mail as promised. Was told there was a delay in the title department, but it would be in the mail soon, then when I was driving with expired temp tags, called again and finally was told to go to the BMV and we “wouldn't have to pay anything-it’s all taken care of!” Ended up paying over $400 for the registration of our car.
Got the run around and horrible communication from the manager (?) of the title department? We literally only got a response if we called numerous times, never got a call/email back, and she never took responsibility for legitimately making numerous errors.
Had I known registration wasn’t included if you live in Indiana and purchase in Kentucky, we would’ve just bought a different car in Indiana. Again, I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this is so upsetting and disappointing.
My fiancé and i purchased a nissan pathfinder yesterday and are so grateful for everyone at this dealership!
Dillon and Tony were the best, the lady at front desk (I can’t remember her name ) was the most pleasant person ever! Management was beyond helpful. Overall a blessed experience!❤️

José helped me get my first car! The customer service was absolutely amazing. He did what he could to work with me and get me in a better car than my previous one. He is very well mannered and knows what he is talking about. He also explained everything to me in a way I understood, and he gave me options. I appreciated everything here and had a great experience with everyone here! As soon as you walk in, they greet you with big smiles.
