I had the best experience with Ira today! I told him the length and let him do his thing. My hair looks way cuter than I thought it was going to look, and that's exactly what I hoped for going in today! I highly recommend you see Ira if you decide to schedule an appointment!

The staff needs to adhere to a dress code. They are looking quite rough in there. Can't differentiate the customers from the staff. It's very sad to watch it fall downhill.

I've been growing my hair out from bald for several months. Went in to get it cleaned up a bit, and this girl just starts HACKING randomly at my hair, with both scissors and clippers. There were uneven lines and chunks sticking out all over my hair. I started freaking out and another stylist came over and started trying to fix her butchery. Not only does it still look terrible, he told me I should have gone to a barber shop because my hair is too short. Maybe tell me you can't handle short hair BEFORE completely destroying it? I'm going on a trip in a few days, and am now scrambling to find someone who might be able to salvage this mess. At this point, I may just have to get a wig. Never EVER again!

I love JCPENNEY Salon. It's a clean, tidy hair shop that is managed well. I like their product lines avaliable for purchase. And the professional service. Any time I need to get my hair done, they fit me in!

Every time I've gone into the store it is extremely warm to the point it's uncomfortable to shop. Additionally I have not been able to find career wear that is either fashionable or appropriate for work.

My girlfriend just came and got a hair hurt and highlights she has patches of no highlights and you can see where some spots where left on longer it looks absolutely horrible do NOT recommend

JCPenney in the Jefferson Mall is a staple in the okolona community. As far back as I can remember being a kid JCPenney was always there. He has two floors that you go shopping upstairs downstairs so perfumes and colognes shoes shirts whatever it is you might need or want and it would be strange to see the mall without JCPenney
