My bronco was picked up at my job and taken to the dealership for an oil change. It was all extremely easy and convenient. Thanks to all involved in caring for my baby bronco. You all are the best!

The service was well done by the tech, but the service advisor didn’t keep me updated on what was happening or how long the service was going to be, nor did anyone greet me or ask what I was in for.

Tech left the intake air temperature sensor disconnected after checking the engine air filter. CEL came on as soon as I left the dealer. At least they remembered to put oil in it! I was also upcharged for full synthetic oil and told it was what my vehicle takes despite Ford specifying semi synthetic. I replied to their text soliciting feedback, but nobody reached out to correct the situation.

My Daughter took her 2016 Ford Escape in for a Safety Recall, "the Transmission Shifter Cable Bushing. The Service Advisor, gave a few recommendation on their finds while servicing the vehicle. My Daughter was very happy with the service at the time. In less than 24hrs, her Escape Transmission locked up and shut down the Vehicle. (she checked all the fluids and they seemed fine) She then called the Service Advisor, and explained to him what just happened. The Advisor went back and forth with her and said it had nothing to do with the work he did on the escape and that even if she brought the vehicle back he would not be able to get to it for at less two weeks. She asked was the transmission working fine or seem like something was wrong. He replied I didn't check it because that's not what it was brought in for. During their interaction, by daughter said the Service Advisor seemed to be talking down to her, and made her feel like a second class, because of her gender. In the last two days i have call the dealership to speak with a MGR, and still have not received a call back, as I am either transfer to a line that isn't monitored, or the voice mails are not checked. Both to the Operator, and MGR.
