I'd give 0 stars if I could. Complete joke. These people don't even know how to hit the windows bar and find computer specs. And won't let you see anything but the laptops case. Smells of rotten fish and looks like a storage bin for sale. Don't waste your time.

Worst experience at a pawn shop I have ever had. Seems like there's a wife and a husband that own the place, and the wife is too old to even help you. The husband ignores you. Feel like I was ignored because they didn't like the fact I had tattoos and gauges and did not help me at all. This place has no customer service whatsoever, was ignored I feel that's because I'm white and there was an Indian gentleman in the store and he got all their attention. I had $2,000 in my pocket, and they acted like I was trash and didn't want to help me at all. They spent 30 minutes while I was in the store on selling a ? indian gentleman one box of 9 mm. The only thing I wish I could do different is have the 30 minutes back I spent in that store. This store is complete trash I would not waste your time going there, and the owners do not care about you as a customer.

Worst pawn shop in Louisville! The inside is as worn down as the outside. The smell of dust and dirt hits you the second you walk in the door. There’s stuff “junk” scattered everywhere you can’t walk without bumping into to something. Instead of customer service it’s customer surveillance. The owner and the woman behind the counter acted bothered as soon as I walked in both watched every move I made! Will never go back and wouldn’t refer anyone to go

HORRIBLE PAWN SHOP! he literally turned away good quality items after I expressed how much me and my family was in need. Not to mention how bad the store looked I'll never go back for anything.

Worst pawn shop in Louisville! Brought a gun in to get a loan and was told that the lady wasn’t there to do loans on guns. I was told this by the owner!!!!! The only reason they got 1 star is because they are open on Sundays and no other pawn shops are.

All I did was call to inquire on how they do loans for titles on the car and the young man I spoke to was very unprofessional, might’ve been on drugs not sure, if you want a real deal advisor never take your car to these people you will regret it.

On a Sunday evening, when you know your paycheck did not make it through the weekend and you need some cash for the work week...... call ahed if you need reassurance. Or drop by for the best customer service ever. If u have questions you can call or email also I love the appointments availability option. If you dont want everyone to know or if you have a little more than you want others to know about.... make an appointment. We love this place.

Bought a laptop here back in January. My kid messed with it so I took it back to see if they could fix it or pawn it and upgrade. The young guy, didn't catch his name wiped it and reinstalled Windows 10 for me. The best part they didn't charge a thing. I would highly recommend.

Horrible place. Dirty. And way over priced. Tried to sell me ammunition for $240 dollars a box for 556 and 90 for 9mm. Place needs to be shut down.

Please do not give these people your business. They are EXTREMELY rude. I've never been in a business this rude in my life. This company was rated 3.7 stars on google. I thought "Ok, not bad" I should have paid attention that all of the good reviews were from people buying items from this store. Not a single good review for anyone trying to sell or pawn. That just shows how the business only has the customers interest in mind when THEY are profiting. I have a solid gold ring, which I had sized a few months ago and was valued at $1,800. I'm in a situation where I needed to pawn and not sell. They were very adamant about asking me what I needed price wise. I gave them a number and they laughed in my face. Telling me it was nowhere near what they could give. Basically rushed me out of the door as they told me I should go to Afghanistan and I could get that price there. I've never pawned anything before, and was already beating myself up about the idea of having to do so. This bad experience has tainted my image of every pawn shop sadly. Please give your business and money elsewhere.
