It is still a cozy place to relax, walk, take the kids or your dog, go to events during the warm months, walk run play, it is very quiet and relaxing.

I'm thrilled to have experienced the spectacular Pumpkin Festival in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, all the way from India! The meticulously organized event showcased thousands of raw pumpkins, artistically carved to reveal impressive designs.
Beyond the festive atmosphere, the exhibition offered a unique opportunity to delve into the history and legends surrounding the celebration. I was fascinated by the tributes to renowned figures in various fields, including:
- Legendary singers and musicians
- Inspirational leaders and philosophers
- Brave war heroes
- Visionary artists
The pumpkin displays not only added to the festive charm but also provided a captivating glimpse into America's past and present.
I'm grateful to the organizers for curating such an enlightening experience. Special thanks to my daughter for introducing me to this fantastic event!

Highly recommend visiting in the fall. The Jack O'lanterns were amazing.

Event staff is horrible. 15 people in red event staff shirts and 3 Louisville cops standing around doing nothing while people drive aimlessly around the parking lot that they blocked off in multiple places; in some of the aisles with empty privately owned vehicles. One staffer even came out to the road to chastise me for trying to find a way out of the mess they made. All that staff you would think a few of them would be directing traffic instead of just standing around. Makes me and the other family I was with not want come back regardless of what’s playing at the amphitheater; kind of like getting bad service at a good restaurant. What a shame because it’s a nice place.

A good venue for outdoor shows, they have food that is cooked fresh each night. Try the grilled booth for s great hamburger or the snack shop near the restrooms for sandwich wraps. Because of the size of this venue, every seat is a good seat. On Friday nights, they have movies. In October, they are home to a big pumpkin spectacular. Easy to get to and lots of parking.

Went here for a 20$ concert and it was awesome. Good overpriced food, but for $20 tickets ya can’t beat it. They also show free movies! Place was clean and the staff was great

For someone on the autism spectrum, the noise was too loud for me. I wish that they would've provided a special spot for me and my significant other. Flaming lips show was cool. Also, I don't like the smell of the smoke and weed, maybe a special area where you wouldn't have to smell it, and it'd be close to the stage.

Iroquois Ampitheatre is a Louisville treasure. It has had so many improvements over the years, and it is Louisville's best open air theatre's. The structure is enormous and provides a roof over the stage area and half of the seating. I went to see "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat" which was produced by ACT Louisville, a truly excellent performance on a wonderful summer evening. The location has convenient free parking and excellent security. Concessions were available, and the public restrooms were easily accessible and very clean. It's unfortunate that the facility is under-utilized. It is part of the Louisville Iroquois Park which is fabulous in its own right.
