“Due to some personal reasons I've had to visit this Branch quite frequently in the last year. The bankers of this location are incredibly warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that all of my requests were met and questions answered, not all of which were simple ones. Namely Josh and Adja, though all the staff have been fantastic. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they take the time to ask someone who is more knowledgeable in the area, and I appreciate that. I prefer this location over others because of it being less busy on most days.”

“I use the card free access with my phone the only real issue is when the machine is empty once you use your code you have to wait at least 30 mins to request another one. Add a option or something to reuse code or reissue code on error or simply say EMPTY or some notification it's empty before using your code.”

I had talked with three other companies besides TWF.I decided to go with TWF because I was more comfortable with the way they laid out our income plan and how our money would be distributed through retirement.My wife and I also liked the fact that even though Mr. walker is roughly our age, TWF seemed structured very well, and we have mainly been dealing with advisors he has in place that should be around throughout our retirement.they’ve been very flexible and receptive to us changing dates and information in our plan and them making adjustments, and have been very responsive to any questions that we have concerning our plan.So far we’ve been very happy with TWF.”
