we've had igLou 3 years and our only problem has been when spectrum unplugged our connection and didn't plug it back in during the neighbors installation. igLou came out and fixed it no problem. great service

These guys are great. I have experienced greater than 99% uptime since installation, in fact, I can't remember any interruption at all. I have only called the service desk once and they solved my problem in minutes. I heartily recommend IgLou to all who desire reliable service and speedy troubleshooting. Oh, the router they supplied is superior to the one it replaced - no dead spots anywhere and signal reaches my detached garage! Outstanding!

I've had gigabit fiber service thru IgLou for over a year. I've been very pleased with the bandwidth and their responsive service, and the price is competitive.The only con so far seems to be the inability to connect network-attached storage directly to the fiber modem. I was able to work around this, but it would have been easier to plug it directly into the modem/router.All in all, I've been very happy with the speed and reliability of service, and technical support was easy to reach and quick to respond.

I’m thrilled with IgLou!! Great price for an internet provider, excellent customer service and no problems with connectivity. It is so very nice to communicate with local customer service department and to easily text with IgLou about my questions, etc. They are very responsive. I highly recommend IgLou to anyone.

So glad I was able to switch to Iglou. They will never increase your price as long as you do auto pay. I had one issue early on (lawn mower cut the line) and it was fixed the very next day. A real person answers the phone whenever you call.

Absolutely zero-hassle company to use. No price hikes, no consistent issues with internet service, no annoying marketing trying to get you to upgrade, and the speeds are fantastic...This is the real deal. I am so happy I switched from Spectrum to IgLou over a year ago!

I recently gave IgLou Internet Services a two star review because of slow speeds. However, I just tested the internet speed on my wife's new laptop and my Iphone XR and both received higher than or close to 500 mg upload and download speeds as promised by IgLou. The problem was previously only testing on my old laptop. So the issue was mine all along. Although the 55" TV we purchased about 5 years ago is supposed to be smart it will still buffer once in a while making me suspect it was poorly designed for today's internet speeds. Thank you IgLou for assisting and I have to say customer service has always been excellent!

When are other company, it kept going up-and-up and my dad switched over to igloo, when he passed away I just transferred it to my name, never had an issue our other company we were always having to reboot the router , so I think it's great, for the price
