Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
I didn't make it down to breakfast, but my friend did and she said breakfast was "legit" :)
The customer service was accommodating and friendly from everyone I encountered there, including manager Thomas over the phone.
The community surrounding the hotel is nice, appears to be safe, and there are restaurant options nearby.
I would definitely stay again!

My fiancé and I just stayed here and we had a great experience! The rooms were very clean and fresh. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in quite a while. I would definitely want to stay here again next time we visit Louisville.

Just stay here, you won’t regret it! Immaculately clean rooms, very friendly staff, bar and restaurant on site and open late. The beds were insanely comfortable and the room was up to date and QUIET! The surrounding area also felt very safe and had lots of dining and activity options. Awesome experience all around!

We liked this hotel so much that it is now our go-to for Louisville! The employees were always motivated to help in any way possible and were very friendly. The entire hotel was very quiet and serene while we stayed. There is a good sized parking lot as well.
We booked the studio suite, and it was the perfect size for my husband & I for the weekend. It has so many amenities within the suite that we were never left without. There was a mini fridge, microwave, 2 stove top burners, a kitchen sink, a dishwasher, and many kitchen supplies needed for cooking. The living room was super cozy, the bedroom had one of the comfiest mattresses in a hotel, and the bathroom was a perfect size.
The included breakfast buffet was delicious, and they had a good variety of options. They even had some grab and go options to take and keep in your room. If that's not enough for you, they do have a bar and a convenience area where you can grab some snacks for purchase. And there is an Aldi a short drive away.
The location is great, and there is a ton of stuff in the area. The hotel also has an indoor pool and a small gym. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Raysean B went above and beyond to welcome our entire Texas Roadhouse team during our stay! I was pleased with how caring and genuine he is! Showed me how to get the laundry going, talked about restaurants , and enjoyed such great conversations with him! I also had an amazing experience with Craig and Monty who was behind the bar! They showed so much passion towards our team! I will be revisiting only because of them!!!! Thank you Hyatt team!!!

One of the top Hyatt places we have stayed.
The lobby and rooms are clean and spacious. There is a fridge and microwave in the room
The breakfast is complimentary and top notch. There is grits, scrambled eggs, sausage, peach cobbler, the usual corn flakes, bread, tea and coffee. There are a few breakfast items that are made to order and are also complimentary.
The gym is great and the pool is awesome.
Unfortunately we could not enjoy this place as much as we wanted to as we checked in late and checked out early. Nbur gope to come again

This property uses motion sensors within the rooms. The sensors, combined with programmed timing functions, will turn out lights left on in another room, which is fine. The sensors also affect thermostat function. I woke up overheated in the middle of the night. I got out of bed to look at the thermostat and the AC compressor kicked in before I got to the wall where the thermostat is mounted.
I spoke to the hotel manager about the thermostat. That got me nowhere. If you like hotel managers that patronize and condescend to you, then that guy is your man.
The hotel looks nice, but the room cleaning was...okay. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain unless I manually held the stopper up. The bathroom faucet was not secured to the countertop.
The young folks working the front desk were kind, personable, and professional. Hat tip to them. It won't be their fault that I'll be staying elsewhere when I next visit Louisville.

Stayed here for a week for a business trip! One of the best hotel stays we’ve had and we normally stay at Ritz Carlton’s or Waldorf Astorias so that says a lot! This hotel is that great! Excellent location, beautiful king room, great amenities in the room, nice workout room & pool! The breakfast is buffet style and they make pancakes from scratch and omelets right in front of you! Not sure what is in the pancake batter but they are some of the best pancakes I’ve eaten! The staff in the kitchen are just super friendly and very welcoming and that is Nice to have especially for a morning encounter to get your day started! The front desk staff are also nice! I did find that one of the bartenders overcharged us for drinks during our time in the lounge but wasn’t a big deal! Our next bartender was an older gentlemen and made up for the hasty encounter with the “Tuesday” bartender. Overall, anytime we are in Louisville this will be where we stay and where we recommend others! Our company said they were considering using another hotel in the future due to it being a little further drive from the office and we assured them that the employees would be missing out if they didn’t get to stay here and it is worth the longer drive! Thankfully after us raving about it, they stated they will continue using them! Highly recommend!
