My Civic was overheating. I was assured the whole engine wouldn't have to be replaced... needless to say that engine has to be replaced. I was very patient. But at the end of things, I feel lied to. I'm out $2,000 I didn't have. For a car that's worth only a few thousand more... the people were nice at least and I didn't have to pay labor on the work they had to do after the $2,000.

I’ve known Laddie Hunt for years, one of the original founders of the business. Being a business owner myself, customer service is the key to success for any successful business. There are plenty of negative reviews for this establishment and I now can understand why.My son made an appointment roughly 14 days ago, completely explained to the service advisor what was needed ( slave cylinder) and that the Z06 was highly modified. After spending $300 to have the vehicle towed for the appointment and after unloading the vehicle- the owner stopped my son and attempted to flex his authority stating that they don’t work on modified corvettes. This would be completely understandable had it been explained when the appointment was made. Not to mention, that no one should be spoken to in such a rude manner. My son has 2 Corvettes- both worth about 150k combined. He also has other vehicles and works very hard to earn his way. It is incomprehensible that a business owner would speak to a potential paying customer in such a demeaning manner. We will be spending our money with Pro Auto Care and Inge Auto Works from here on out. They are owned by Taylor Inge, who will work on any car modified or not.Warning … steer clear of this establishment!!!

By all means, Do not take your corvette here. While In desperate need of help getting my car fixed - I had given all vehicle info, explained what was wrong (slave cylinder), gotten a quote, and scheduled an appointment with this dishonest shop. I then waited 2 weeks and had my car dropped off via tow truck ($300). 5 minutes after drop off - the extremely rude owner denied me service because my car was modified (exhaust and intake), after they already were told and knew it was. Do not waist your time and money arranging anything with this shop. Take your Corvette to Pro Auto Care instead where they will take care of you and treat you with respect. What a disappointment. Rude owner and frankly filthy, disgusting, disorganized shop, I wouldn’t take a $1000 car here let alone a $70,000 corvette. ??

If your plan on modifying your corvette, make sure you go through hunt and knight first cause if you don’t they won’t touch it. Brought my “modified” vette in for a slave cylinder repair and was told they would even look at the car. I needed 0 motor work done by them and they still refused, explain how that makes sense. The tr6060 in the car is the exact same as a stock c6 zo6, but I was still turned down. So you’re telling me if I had exhaust on my car you would refuse to work on it cause it’s modified already. The old man at the front has a rude demeanor. I heard good things about this place, but they are definitely at the bottom of my list now. Had to pay multiple hundred dollars for a tow truck to wiggle through their crowded parking lot to get my car out, where THEY TOLD ME TO DROP IT OFF. Can’t forget that I had an appointment for multiple weeks before hand and they knew that the car wasn’t stock. WASTE of my time and I’m glad I didn’t spend a dollar at this dump. Shoutout Kevin at AAA for the tow!!! If you need work done, hit up Murphys Customs about 2 minutes down the street front hunt and knight and they will treat you right. Shocks me you have a corvette on your building, but are scared to work on a corvette. The owner told me the reason is because modified cars need certain parts and if they mismatch them it causes problems. Not at all, I already have the matching parts and told him that, he refused. Terrible business, if you can be a successful buisness treating people like this, I need to start a business!!!!

Not happy. Mis and false communication pattern from owner Mark. November until March before my auto was repaired.

They traced down an electrical problem with my just-purchased SUV. Turned out all it needed was a new battery. Great service!

If zero stars were an option, that's what they would get. Took my son's 99 corvette there to have a leak fixed in the tonneau top. I was told by two different people there that it was fixed and no leaks. I get it home and tested it, and it was worse than when I took it in. They won't warranty their work. So they took $332 to make the car worse. If you do business with these people make sure you check up on what they tell you. UPDATE: I talked to Adam on the phone and he assures me they will make it right. He seems very nice and I take him at his word. Will update review after things are fixed.

I had so much hope with this place.Had a number of things to get done, one major repair in the group, and they didn't do it right. The place is full of classic cars, not too many bays to do modern car work, time lag is long, prices are high, and they don't seem to care if you're a customer.Find another place.

I have an older vehicle with a lot of miles. Hunt and Knight, diagnosed a couple of issues for me. We then had a great conversation on the pros & cons of repairing, replacing, or trying to manage the issues on the vehicle due its age and mileage.100% would recommend Hunt & Knight.

Best mechanic I have found to date. Hands down, no competition. Fast, professional, and honest. My car is still on the road, and after 3 other mechanics couldn't fix it, they finally did.So if you're tired of searching for a fix, here you go. And way cheaper than I thought. Valarie is also a charm to talk to if you get a chance.Service: Engine repair

Hunt & Knight are true professionals at their craft. They are a caring company, because they care about the community they live and work in. They took my trailer in to look at even though it is not a normal item they work on. Mark made me feel like I was a long time customer from the time I walked in the door. This was my first time going to them and he has already won me over, I will be giving Mark and the team more of my vehicle needs. Thank you Mark and Hunt & Knight Techs Mark G, my trailer is ready to go and support the youth of our community.Services: General repairs & maintenance
