I sent my mom to this location after calling an H&R on dixie and inquiring about a simple 1 W-2 return filing. The guy at dixie said it was 59 dollars for a simple return. I figured it would be the same at other H&R locations. Nope. This is a franchise and they charged 160 dollars FOR ONE W-2. This is insane that they charge 100 dollars more than the other location. Then on top of it they charge 42 more dollars for direct deposit bring the total to 200 dollars. That is a ridiculous price tag for something I could have done myself for free. The only reason I didn't is because H&Rs MyBlock is so archaic I can't change the email to get into my mother's account. I will never go to this branch again and I will advise anyone that the H&R on Dixie Highway does 59 dollar simple returns. Don't pay these vultures. They are gouging simply because they can.

I wish I can rate 0 star to this location, I've been a client of H&R Block for some time now, and I'm extremely disappointed with their recent service. Despite contacting them two weeks ago, my work hasn't even started. When I inquired, they cited being busy with other tax files as an excuse. As a loyal client, I expect better treatment. This delay is unacceptable.

I recently sought services at H&R Block and was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from the staff. Despite multiple attempts to engage and seek assistance, my concerns were not addressed, leaving me feeling neglected as a client. This experience has significantly impacted my view of H&R Block, and I cannot recommend their services based on this encounter to this specific location.
