The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the price. Almost $500 for one W2, one 1099, and one document for my online Stash account. The accountants are quick and knowledgeable and I completely trust that the filing is accurate. The company is well known and the employees are great. The price is about double for what independent accountants charge.

I feel as if I've been swindled. Alison Cox not answer any of my questions. Actually she never let me fully get a question out. She continuously interupted me as if she were in a hurry and couldn't be bothered by me. She rushed through the signing of the paperwork, explained nothing, and practically pushed me out the door. There wasn't a single person in the waiting room so I'm not sure why. She even asked me if I wanted her to shred everything I signed and then didn't bother waiting for my answer. I had to stop her and she pulled a couple of pages out before she gave them to me which doesn't seem right at all. I'm not sure what she didn't want me to see but I'm guessing whatever it was I wasn't going to be happy about it. I could have done what she did for free on turbotax. Actually my 4 year old grandson could have done it. I went into an office to have them done this year specifically because I had questions. Instead I left with more questions and was robbed of 190.00.
