My tax advisor never showed up to the appointment. I waited for 30 minutes after being told that she was on the way. Then I was told that she wasn't going to make it. Someone else tried to make it right by taking over. I left all my paperwork and I was told to expect a call at the end of the day, and that I could get back my papers the next day. Nobody called and when I showed up the next day to get my papers, they couldn't find them. Then they tried saying that the file was complicated because it had 3 C schedules. If you do Taxes for a living, it is very concerning that you will find C schedules to be complicated. I'm still waiting for my papers.

Second year using HR Block seeing Eleanor. HR Block dropped the ball on taxes. We were told we owed a lower amount on taxes, about a day later we received a call from Eleanor stating we owe even more by double! Also when leaving our first appointment she told us she was scanning in our W-2’s to finish up, she never gave them back to us. I had to come back a day later to retrieve them. I was told in office my original W-2s were not in the office. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told he was not in the office.Tonight my husband and I went in to finalize our taxes. For all the inconveniences Eleanor asked us what we feel is a far discount on our filing fee. We replied we should not have to pay for a filing fee because of, filing our taxes wrong the first time, and then losing our original copies of our W-2s. Eleanor went to consult with the office manager. The manger Sean never left his office and told Eleanor he can only take $75 off the total of the filing fee. Sean even came over to say to Eleanor that the coupon was sent to her. Sean was such a COWARD couldn’t even look us in the eye or talk to us about the terrible experience at H&R Block Springhurst. We will not be returning and I will NEVER recommend this office.

Appointment at 2:00. Waited 40 minutes before walking out, super unprofessional and inconsiderate to see me with a baby and let me sit for almost an hour. I was asked 10 times if I was waiting on anyone and Eleanor told me she had to sign something for a New York return while I sat in the lobby for an appointment. Never returning to this location

I come back every year. Valarie Bear is great. Asks about all the things i forget by the time taxes roll around. Helps me navigate the tax changes. The side by side review of previous and current year is insightful.
