Get tired of calling and no answer after I’ve already submitted my paperwork and they sent me more stuff to sign. I tried contacting them to make sure I’m signing the right documents and then they’re getting them and nobody wants to answer me. I have called over 20 times and I get nowhere it is over an hour drive for me and really don’t like wasting gas but so frustrated.

Today I went in to get my tax paperwork after sending it in over 24 days ago, and my taxes had yet to even get done. Mind you in this time they had called about a payment and the agreement was that payment was due at the time of completion, but when going in to get my paperwork and pay nothing had even been done. although the frustration and the inconvenience of the situation was just entirely upsetting, and I felt as if no one seemed to understand that it was an inconvenience and just so unacceptable and being handled very unprofessional there was someone who handled the situation just so well. She was very professional, very consistent, and very helpful. stated she would take care of the situation and personally see to it being finished ASAP. Angelica Masters I would like to thank you for the help through this frustrating situation, and you are the only reason I am rating 4 stars instead of even going up the ladder. thank you
