Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you get a strange person. HR Block needs to get their mess together. My preparer was great this year. The software and amount of tech struggles the office were having (and seem to have every year) was and is ridiculous. I still don't know for sure if my taxes were filed because they were on hold with the help desk and she told me I could go.
