Just ate here for lunch. Got the honey baked ham sandwich. This has to be the smallest portion of meat I’ve ever had on a sandwich. My guess is at most 1 ounce of ham. Flavor was good, but too much honey drizzle on the sandwich. Very poor value for what you can buy these days whether a sub or sandwhich. I would recommend saving yourself the time and money and go to Publix and get a sub or sandwich. They’re so much better and much better value.

Why even bother taking reservations if you're just going to ignore them. Called to place a reservation the day before we headed up from Memphis. Took my order for a 8-9lb ham. Get up there after a long 6 hour drive, they have nothing larger than 7lbs left. I hate this company, their hams are already massively overpriced, so it makes sense they have no problem screwing people over on reservations too.

Was very irritating. The first woman that waited on me was quite condescending, then when I won't up to the second person who actually took my order, she seemed adequate enough, and said I'd get a confirmation in my email, which, after two days waiting, I called. Ended up callumg three times because they only have one phone line!!!! I'm supposed to pick up my Ham on the 21st. I pray they have it!!!

The service and management was poor and dismissive of customers. The place was grimey and disorganized.

1 star is probably to much. Waited outside in the cold this morning at 630 for 35 min, got inside and an employee says “due to the weather, no one can buy a ham who doesn’t have a prepaid or reservation”. Weather might be an issue at 8pm. It was 715 am. Not acceptable, and I’m usually the guy who always takes the side of the businesses.

Never again will I trust Honey Baked Ham Company with an order.I placed my order on 12-22-2022 for a Honey Baked Ham and their Macaroni and Cheese.I received the confirmation, and then received confirmation from UPS that the order will be at my door on 12-22-2022.As weather was taking effect across the country, I checked the UPS shipping to see if there was a chance that the delivery would be delayed due to weather.According to the UPS site, my zip code area was not affected by any weather delays. As Saturday afternoons delivery time passed, I stayed patient. There's still time.Come today, Sunday 12-25-2022, the UPS page has changed to 'The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.'I looked further on the UPS page and discovered that my order, the one GONNA BE THERE SATURDAY AFTERNOON, hasn't even left Kentucky.Instead the company took money from my bank account, and then refused to delivery the order to me. If it had been weather related, I wouldn't be mad. But doing my due diligence and discovering that there was no weather delays just makes me believe that the HONEY BAKED HAM COMPANY selects customers randomly and scams them by refusing the order after taking the money.I didn't win the POWER BALL LOTTO this year, but I did get hit by HONEY BAKED HAM.
