The plumber had to cut a large hole on both sides of the wall, including my ceilings and crown molding in order to repair the pipe. I had no idea who to call once the plumber left. Mary and her team were very helpful in giving me a number of referrals and also in helping me to file a claim. They were all extremely friendly and professional!”
