“Bill Stambro does Quality Work Only! Window World has a quality product. I’ve lived in Jefferson Country since the late 50’s I’m a perfectionist when it comes to doing any type of job. My Dad worked for the Navy for 35 years my dad built guns and parts for navy ships, He help design the gas catapult that launches airplanes off aircraft carriers If it wasn’t built right, people got hurt so it had to be perfect.
For Over 5 years I have compared different windows & Companies & window options. We’ve checked out different companies. We chose Window World and we are so glad we did. The sales person was very nice and when the office called to setup installation I spoke to Megan she was just fantastic. Felt like family. Bill came out to install the windows and his expertise And installation, metal work is the best I have ever seen. He takes pride In the work he does, and that shows true craftsmanship, he is very personable and I thank Window World for sending out such a Quality installer to put in our Windows. Window World must be very proud to have an installer such as him. When we get our other windows Bill will be the installer. Thank you, Window World for the Quality you provide!”

“Solatube review
My Solatube was installed in late May 2024, it is now June 7. I was replacing a Sun Tunnel that had some issues, installation not product. I wanted the same type of product and found Honest Home and Solatube. The Solatube has a solar powered nightlight and I purchased the add-on light kit.
The removal of the old product and installation of the Solatube was done quickly and professionally by Juan and Bill.
I really like the nightlight, it is a soft light but bright enough to, excuse me, use the bathroom at night.
The add-on light kit uses a standard base bulb, the Sun Tunnel did not. The removal of the diffuser, for cleaning or bulb replacement, is easy and there are videos with instructions online.
Funnily enough, yesterday, when the sun was shining for the first time since insulation, I was thinking that I should turn off the light because it was so bright, silly me.
All in all I am pleased both with Honest Home (Sandra, Will, Bill and Juan) and with the Solatube product.

“Jonathan “Jon” helped me with buying a 4 pk set of ratchet straps and even came outside to show me how to use them. Above and beyond guy to show me how to tie down my ladder safely.”
“Menards store chain is brand new to the Louisville area, and it is a welcome addition to having Lowe's and Home Depot. I like that it is a different layout and concept than the other two. When you enter the single entrance to the store there is the combined customer return & service desk with only 1-2 employees. Also, there off to the side is a tool rental area where I assume the customer service desk people help you. To enter the store from here, you go tru a turnstile. Also, as you enter, there is a self-help area where you can pick up Menards' current sales ad and a printout of the stores layout to help you find things. All the employees I felt with were helpful and friendly. They have a little bit of everything. I recommend stopping by as soon as you get a chance , just make sure to allow plenty of time to browse, you might even want to pack a lunch or at least a snack...did I mention the have a small grocery section ? !”

“Always excellent service. Kind and pleasant staff. Today, Charles helped me in the self- checkout. He was there, so helpful, every step of the way and he was patient with me. And a joy! Darrel helped me load my large items into my car, he did so with a smile and took care to be gentle with the items and my car. I enjoy this HD location. The Online Pickup is always outstanding, too!”
“The store its self is great, I was a little disappointed with the fact that they lock up a large portion of their equipment. I had to get help to buy a lawn mower, weedwacker, and leaf blower. There were tons of employees all over the store, but none really seemed to want to help. When I did get help, it took about 20 minutes for the lady to come over, get the item down, then walk to the front of the store. The store was clean and well organized.”
“This is a pretty good Home Depot store, but they are pretty bad about what they actually have in stock. If you check online and it says they have it in, I would take it as 60/40. My new rule is if it says online they have three or fewer in store, I go to a different location because odds are, they don't have it.”
“Had what I was looking for. Plenty of parking and the customer service was good. One associate helped me find what I was looking for. Instead of the associate telling me where it was, he actually walked me down to the items.”

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot on Westport Rd in Louisville and couldn’t be happier or more appreciative of the great service I received from Caetlynn. From the start, she was very personable and knowledgeable about the products and eager to assist. Then, later, went above and beyond to help accommodate my specific situation.
The short of it, if I had a business involving customer service, Caetlynn would certainly be someone I would want representing my company.
On a separate note, due to the great experience I had at HD with the fridge, i just purchased a lawn mower from there as well, driving past a certain blue & white DIY store in the process.”
“It was OK. I'm not use to some of the items being locked up. Also the associate that came to stand by the exit when I came to check out and as soon as I paid he moved away. weird too.”
“This location is very well kept and well organized. It is easy to find what you need. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Home Depot and Lowe’s are obviously very similar, but I prefer this Lowe’s location over the Home Depot down the road. Only thing I don’t love is that the parking lot has been a little messy the few times I have been there.”
“John in here was so nice to us he stopped what he was doing when he was so busy and helped cut us a custom piece of glass for our historic window I would give him a 100/10 for his customer service he’s was so kind and funny ?”
