“Updated: had issues with replacement windows installed under previous owners, so this is not entirely a review of the current company. The process of fixing the windows did take a few months, but I have to commend the current owner for making good on these and replacing one set of windows, and doing the maintenance needed on the others. Bill did conscientious work and even let us know when there was an issue with the factory replacements, which they took care of. The price and the lifetime warranty are good. The office admin are absolutely wonderful. Just be aware that things do take longer than expected/desired.”

“Solatube review
My Solatube was installed in late May 2024, it is now June 7. I was replacing a Sun Tunnel that had some issues, installation not product. I wanted the same type of product and found Honest Home and Solatube. The Solatube has a solar powered nightlight and I purchased the add-on light kit.
The removal of the old product and installation of the Solatube was done quickly and professionally by Juan and Bill.
I really like the nightlight, it is a soft light but bright enough to, excuse me, use the bathroom at night.
The add-on light kit uses a standard base bulb, the Sun Tunnel did not. The removal of the diffuser, for cleaning or bulb replacement, is easy and there are videos with instructions online.
Funnily enough, yesterday, when the sun was shining for the first time since insulation, I was thinking that I should turn off the light because it was so bright, silly me.
All in all I am pleased both with Honest Home (Sandra, Will, Bill and Juan) and with the Solatube product.

“We purchased the mechanism for the Deluxe Queen Murphy bed. The material supply list, directions and illustrations were extremely well written and the quality of the mechanism is excellent! Very well made and heavy duty! Completely confident it will perform and hold up for many years of use! Could not be happier with the product! Crate-a-Bed support was amazing and very responsive! I communicated a few times in the chat feature on their website and the customer service was excellent and prompt! I highly recommend Create-a-bed and thrilled to support an American Company!”
“I have only been a hillbilly for a short period of time, but every interaction I've had here in that time has been absolutely phenomenal. I've had the pleasure of working with Charles, Andy, Brittany, and Brianna and they are all consistently happy, helpful, and knowledgeable. My 9 year old absolutely loves coming here to spend Dad's money and we always leave with a smile. If only I could get groceries here then I would never need to go anywhere else. “It seems like they have cut down on employees working the floor to help customers. That or they have assigned them other duties to do on top of their old duties. But at least you can always find someone to help you, eventually. Store seems to always be clean and pretty well stocked. I will shop there in the future. Plenty of parking too.”

“Menards store chain is brand new to the Louisville area, and it is a welcome addition to having Lowe's and Home Depot. I like that it is a different layout and concept than the other two. When you enter the single entrance to the store there is the combined customer return & service desk with only 1-2 employees. Also, there off to the side is a tool rental area where I assume the customer service desk people help you. To enter the store from here, you go tru a turnstile. Also, as you enter, there is a self-help area where you can pick up Menards' current sales ad and a printout of the stores layout to help you find things. All the employees I felt with were helpful and friendly. They have a little bit of everything. I recommend stopping by as soon as you get a chance , just make sure to allow plenty of time to browse, you might even want to pack a lunch or at least a snack...did I mention the have a small grocery section ? !”
“Contacted Home Depot (hurstbourne) through the app to purchase a storm door and have it installed. Communication was perfect. They scheduled the measurement. Soon after called me to confirm the door and handle I wanted. After payment, I was contacted a couple days later to do the install. Perfect from start to finish.
Installed a Anderson 3000 full view storm door. Installed by a Home Depot contractor.”

“Really appreciate store manager Christopher Nalley getting me a refund on an incomplete online order. I was credited $74 immediately to my debit card (for the delivery fee plus an apology credit towards future use in the store.) Then he immediately sent out the missing part of my order to me and waived the delivery charge. I didn't think customer service like this exists anymore.”
“This location is very well kept and well organized. It is easy to find what you need. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Home Depot and Lowe’s are obviously very similar, but I prefer this Lowe’s location over the Home Depot down the road. Only thing I don’t love is that the parking lot has been a little messy the few times I have been there.”

“Stopped in looking for a skyhook but all they had was skystraps they probably would have worked holding up the nadpole but I was scared that the tushrod would bend under the tremendous pressure after the tootshoot was opened so I just used toaster tape they had on sale in isle b17”
