Staff was GREAT. The bed was broken and slanted towards the middle, most of the gym equipment didn’t work, pool not heated, bar/restaurant was cash only and not serving food the first night we got there. We were told the servers were allegedly not getting tips from credit cards! I wish we had driven to the downtown location!
Rooms: Room dated, A/C worked intermittently
Safety: For the large crowd that was there the first night; there was no good way to get up to your room since the stairs are locked from the first floor. Waited 20+ minutes for the elevator at 1030pm; too old for that!
Food and drinks: Bartender the second night was amazing. Very sweet pregnant lady

Checked in on 10/21/24. I've now called 3 times for a broken TV and still no resolution, and It's been almost 4 hours now. VERY UNHAPPY with total lack of service!!!

First, I've got to say, John at the front desk was the absolute best! There was an issue at checkout that took about 45 minutes to fix. John was so kind, patient, and helpful. He helped me with all 3 rooms I booked. Seriously, he needs a raise.
First, the hotel itself needs some updates and some serious deep cleaning. The 3 rooms we booked all had unpleasant smells, two of them had some mold growth, the carpet and furniture looked worn down, and the phone didn't work in room 508.
The beds themselves were comfortable and clean enough.
The biggest issue came in with the pricing. I booked 3 rooms through the IHG app for $113/night. When I went to check out, the price was $181/night plus taxes. So, each room came out to $231.47. It took almost an hour, but John was able to correct the situation, and he was so great the whole time.
The staff I interacted with were all so great but that's where the good part ends for me. I wouldn't choose to stay in this hotel again because of the quality of the rooms.
Safety: There was broken glass in the grass and by the parking lot and the parking lot was not well lit at all. Didn't feel very safe after dark outside.

Service was decent while we were there and staff was friendly. We left several items in our room by mistake. I alerted them the day of checkout and they took my address and confirmed they would send my items. I called every day for four days after and was told the manager would handle and call me back. I never received a call. On day 4 after checkout I called again and was advised that housekeeping didn’t have my items in lost and found. I know for a fact the items were in the room when I left so it seems strange I would get no return calls for days and then the items mysteriously disappeared.

The rooms are large. The beds are too soft and concave in the middle. My room was clean but had a funky smell. I booked this hotel because of the restaurant. However, the restaurant doesn't have consistent hours. They opened late, then the cook went on break 45 mins before they closed and never returned. The bar is reliable. It was open at the same hours every day. The ladies behind the front desk act like you're bothering them if you need something, but you're just trying to check out. I won't return.

Stayed here for Bourbon and Beyond. Comfy beds, friendly staff, only 15-20 min walk to the event center.

First this review is for the concierge in the lobby that I met. Her name is Sharika. She is lovely! She listened and took my concerns about the room. I had a great time talking to her. She is a down to eartg person who gets it. She's the type of person who can relate to people and genuinely seems to care. I also found her funny and charismatic. She is a person that I would ask for the next time I stay there. Now about the room. There isn't an armchair in the room that I can sit and relax to watch TV. Also, the AC/Heater didn't work. And when i looked in the vent, it looked like there was some kind of mold in there. Also, the 2 chairs that were in the room under the small table seemed like they were going to break if i sat in them. Not impressed by the room. But very impressed by Sharika.

This could be a three star or higher property, but not with the staff currently working there. The property itself isn’t terrible. It’s a little worn down and you will get some jet noise as expected being right at the airport. Nice breakfast area but what’s with that artificial turkey bacon? it’s like rubber. The restaurant is also not open for lunch or dinner, but that’s OK. What’s not OK is Messing with peoples credit cards and making multiple errors. Mistakes can happen but the level here is unacceptable. Do better.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament and my car was broken into. After speaking with the staff, they told me to not park along the wooden fence because that where homeless people hangout and smash your windows in. When I stayed here for 4 nights 2 additional cars on the property were broken into in the same area that I was parked in. I feel they should have warned us of the incidents and I would've been more cautious. Most staff members were friendly and breakfast was good. Rooms were okay but no vents in the bathroom which made the rooms hot and humid for a family of 4. Pool was also closed due to the health department showing up. The staff said it was due to a part but signs said otherwise. Stay away!!!

I stayed here for about a month! Aracaceli sure made me feel at home. She greeted me every morning with a smile and made sure I had every I needed. I will sure miss her! When I come back for work I’ll definitely be staying here. Thank you so much!
