Clean, comfortable beds. Standard breakfast fare and friendly staff. Close covered parking with a nominal fee can be included with your stay. Worth it for a quick downtown stay

Very clean with comfy beds. They have soft pillows and firm pillows with lots of bench and storage space. The bathroom shower is nice and it's nicely decorated. The breakfast is pretty standard fare, pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, fruit, cinnamon rolls.I would totally stay here again, it is nicely decorated and walkable to lots of the town.Nearby activities: SluggerWalkability: A lot of things in a half mile radius

My father and I came for a short stay and were welcomed and helped by a woman named Shay (or Shai not too sure of the spelling , apologies) but she went above and beyond. Very kind , helpful and honest about food reviews ! Lol. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend anyone coming into town for any event stay here.Noteworthy details: Customer service was amazing and refreshing.

My flight was cancelled, So I’m unable to make it to Hotel… Tried to cancel my reservation early in the day and they’re refusing to refund my $280…And when I explained my situation, the lady hung up on me… I used every dollar to my name..

Great hotel and location to downtown and the interstate. If you want to grab a bite to eat, walk down to 4th & Liberty and you’ll have plenty of reasonable choices. Note that after 6pm you can park for free anywhere on the street there is a meter around the hotel, otherwise you’ll have to pay either $14 or $20 @ one of the neighboring parking garages, which is my only complaint.Safety: As with any downtown areas, come prepared. More of an 8 vs 15 round kind of town.Walkability: I was surprised how few people were out and about.Food & drinks: 4th and Liberty

Stayed the better part of two weeks while my mom was in ICU at Norton hospital. They were extremely courteous and worked with me from the entire time, allowing late checkouts and extending my stay day by day because of our uncertain schedule. The room was great, but the staff made this experience quite possibly the best hotel experience I've ever had!

Check in was flawless. Both staff members upon arrival were fantastic. During our 3 day stay on night 3 we had an experience with a night shift clerk that could have went really bad. We frequent IHG but this situation was the worst we’d ever seen. Fire alarm going off in hotel at 2:30am and this staff member seemed under the influence she left the building to go smoke giving guidance to no one inside the building. Fire department arrived and she stayed outside smoking never giving any guidance to guests. Terrible situation

Night shift front desk lady was nodding out on drugs while I tried to purchase something from their convenience store.

Average IHG stay. Parking is not included and a bit pricey.
