Love this place. Went in to return some items from a previous purchase last month. Lost my receipt and told the cashier I'd just take a store credit. She was so sweet and asked if I charged the purchase. Gave her my card, she found the original charge, and I got my full refund to my card. Awesome service.

Was just there to check on getting a mat cut. The lady said she was busy….so I waited for 20 minutes. So when she disappeared in the back….I left. Went to Michael’s and got my mat ordered….

Hobby Lobby is fantastic. I found a great gift for the little ones that I couldn't find at all at other places. Wonderful for creative projects and puzzles painting etc. Highly recommend this store.

Wished they would be consistent in pricing. They've got some things marked 75% off for fall and others at 50% off. Some cashiers are just ringing all the stuff up at 50% off others at 75% off. Having an actual scanner would eliminate that and now me having to go back to return over $100 with of stuff.
