The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. You are greeted with a smile when you walk in the door. They offer next day service, which is really helpful when you need something ASAP.

Congratulations to Highland Cleaners! They are doing so well and making so much money that they immediately knew when I walked through the doors of the Lake Forest location they didn not need my money! Well done Highland Cleaners! As I entered the store with draperies (and quite a few I might add), I was greeted with "Those will be VERY expensive to clean!" My reply was, "Hello!" which I had hoped to hear from the 2 ladies behind the counter. "Welcome" would have also been an appropriate greeting. I will admit, I did not look my best that day. I was pretty much told to take my business elsewhere. I felt like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" when the shop owners wouldn't help her find an outfit: BIG MISTAKE! I researched how to clean draperies at home and I was able to save A LOT of money (apparently) and get the draperies hung back up quickly. Maybe these ladies were my guardian angels by helping me to save A LOT of money? I'm not sure, however what I do know is that I will be saving A LOT of money in the future by NOT going to Highland Cleaners. By the way, the parking spaces directly in front of the store were full, so I had to park down a few building fronts. The ladies completely missed that I was driving my Mercedes Benz. Maybe their tone and words would have been completely different had they seen my car? Maybe they profiled me? Regardless, I'll be driving my dry cleaning in my Mercedes Benz elsewhere!

Had an article of clothing with a couple stains that had set in, they laundered and removed the stain and it was ready when they said it would be. The price was right and service was polite.

Highly recommend. Had 6 items returned to me in pristine condition and Olivia was not only accommodating but she is also very sweet. Great service, reasonable price, very kind workers with genuine smiles, just an excellent experience and a very happy customer who plans on returning for reliable dry cleaning.

This constructive. First items are not sufficiently cleaned. I would suggest training for your those performing spot tasks. Second i recommend customer service training for store personnel. I was just met with an argumentative person in your store. That should never happen. I did not return any ugliness. But as i said there is room for this business to become a better version in quality of workmanship and hospitality towards costumers. Management you have some work to do. I am just helping you with free consulting. All the best to you.

Well with fewer and fewer cleaners around and the need for them growing increasingly smaller, they try to stay “competitively priced” while basically being able to charge whatever they want. The service is pricey but the employees are pleasant and kind and that goes shopping way!

Very expensive, and poor work. Clothes returned wrinkled. Young lady manager that checked me out showed indifference to my needs as a customer. Plenty of other dry cleaners around. I won't return.
