Heather is an absolute gem of a human being as well as the best real estate agent . The only one I would ever consider. She is a great resource for everything involving home buying ,decorating , building, and remodeling. I have purchased 4 houses with Heather.

Heather has helped us sell more than 10 properties over the last several years. I would never use anyone else. In addition to being an all around wonderful human being, she is extremely experienced and always knows someone to call for whatever project or repair issue that might come up. Not only has she helped us navigate a couple of frustrating and difficult real estate nightmares, but she kept me calm through several meltdowns regarding those nightmares. She is truly a gem and I highly recommend her for all things real estate. She is the best!Update 11/6/2023: Heather is still a miracle worker, therapist, calm in the middle of the storm kind of realtor. The company I work for has now sold close to 30 properties and she has kept me sane throughout each of the sales. She's helped us work through last minute logistical nightmares, construction debacles, and she has has a mini-hardware store in the trunk of her car. I can't say it enough: She is wonderful. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of her. If you need a realtor, look no further!

Heather is a true asset to have on your team throughout the home buying process. She is friendly and cares about getting you into a home that you will love. This is matched with a top-notch knowledge of the local market. As first-time homebuyers, Heather was especially useful as she has a high attention to detail and would explain various things she noticed in the houses we were looking at.Heather also went above and beyond in getting us showings that fit our schedules and in getting us showings fast enough to act quick in a competitive market. She even made arrangements at the last minute so I could see one of our prospective houses in person on a Friday night.Heather is also a fantastic negotiator. She helped us find one of the best interest rates available that were eligible for. She was a huge ally as we put in offers as she helped us ensure we were competitive without overspending. The other listing agent on the house we bought even commented to us at closing that we were lucky to have her because of how much she advocated for us.We truly cannot thank Heather enough for all the work she put in for us during the home buying process. Heather is a wonderful relator! She helped us find our first home, and when we decided to move again we we did not hesitate to ask her to help us find our second home. She goes above and beyond to help her clients and is very knowledgeable! She knows all of the ends and outs of real estate, and is always available when you need her. We entered the market at a tough time (early 2022) with low inventory, high prices, and rising interest rates and Heather was able to help us feel confident in navigating a difficult environment. She takes the time to get to know you and your needs, then proceeds to work tirelessly for you to get you exactly what you want. You will not regret using Heather as your realtor. More detailed review below:KnowledgeHeather absolutely knows just about everything when it comes to buying and/or selling a home. She has years of experience and keeps up with local inventories, trends, rates, pricing, etc. She keeps you completely informed and makes sure you are making the best decision for you and your family. She took our search criteria and was able to find the absolute perfect home for us that we definitely couldn’t have found on our own. She also has contacts in just about every field, so if you need to get in touch with a local professional, she has one to recommend. If you manage to stump her with a question that she doesn’t know the answer to (unlikely), she will research it and get back to you quickly.ResponsivenessProbably the most responsive realtors you can get. Heather is always just a call, text, or email away. She is even available for you when most people aren’t (i.e. traveling, vacation, etc.) so you never are alone when you need guidance. When buying our new house, she ensured that we had everything we need to be successful, between setting us up with financing and her and her husband Scott doing walkthroughs with us at a moments notice, it was all a breeze. Heather goes the extra mile for her clients. She worked with my son in finding his first house, and walked him through every step. We spent several weekends together viewing houses. She was very detailed in looking at each house and found any potential issues right away to make sure he had all the information on the property. I would recommend her to eveyone.

I recently moved to Kentucky from out of state. Heather helped me not only find the perfect house in a super crazy market but she recommended places to see and things to do in the city. She put me in contact with specialist to deal with anything that went on after purchasing the house. She was an amazing agent and I highly recommend her.

Heather is PHENOMENAL! I would absolutely recommend to her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I recently moved to the Louisville area from Phoenix, AZ, and I could not be happier with my experience.
