“The food is pricy but the quality is top notch! Appreciate their knowledgeable staff; everyone is always eager to help! Having said that, Whole Foods needs to watch employee drinks (see pic). Wasn't the first time I have seen employees eating/drinking behind sushi, pizza and hot bar counters. And while I know Whole Foods has robust food safety systems, there is no way any market legitimately earns five (5) straight 100% scores on unannounced health department inspections. Based on what I observed, Louisville Metro needs to probe a little deeper next inspection.”

“I carried Green Remedy in my store for several years. So many customers and family, including my mother and husband, found so much relief in all the GR products. I had to close my store after losing my husband. You would not believe all our pet families that relied on the pet products, especially during fireworks and storms. Even had a pet parent that used these products during her pets cancer. She/we truly believe she enjoys several more years with her fur baby thanks to GR. Robbin is my rep and she is fabulous!!”

“Yes I would recommend this location to anyone. I would definitely choose this GNC to people who are maybe not well versed in physical fitness and health issues. The representative that day we (my boyfriend and I) dealt with was Jeff he was knowledgeable about his products more than I've ever seen in a health store before. He was also extremely careful to explain that any and all things should ALWAYS be run through your Physicians Office. He answered all our questions with well thought out, easy to understand suggestions and ideas formatted to each of our separate questions, concerns, and out dated facts. He could have sold us ocean front property in Arizona in the hour he spent with us, but he gave us the information we needed in a clear and down to earth way and although he knew we were hanging on every word he still advised us to visit our doc's, write everything down and he would help us get started. We are in our 50's and not knowledgeable in this area, so it was extremely refreshing to meet a salesman almost definitely working on commissions advise us to do things the safest way for us and not in a way to put money into his pocket without any regard to the consequences. GNC needs about 100 more like Jeff. I also want to mention the young man who was working with Jeff he was polite and took care of a constantly ringing phone, stocking, and other duties so Jeff could give us his full attention. It was refreshing to have such a pleasant customer service experience at this store. It is few and far between you deal with high caliber people like we did. I hope the GNC Co. recognizes what an asset these 2 young men are to their brand. Bravo!!! We are going back on January 2nd for a plan and the products we need to be our best. Will update after our visit. Wish us luck!”

“GreatLooking to help a friend, who has a health issue, what he needs is on line for an outrageous price. I know if I.called they would have it or something similar. They didn't have the item, but did recommend a couple other items available in the store. Something called Replenish to help people to heal better with burns, cuts who dont have Amino Acids, and suffer from last Vitamin . $20 , $30 better than $70 or $80 for the other product only available on line. Check them out 1st”
