Hancock House is in a great location in Louisville. Very walkable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great room & location. But we woke up to the AC not working. Called service line, stated they'd someone over to fix it. Got back to room, not fixed. Called again, was given a different room. AC worked, no toilet paper, & bathroom vent filthy.Walkability: Very walkable within LuLu district and downtown.

The Hancock House is gorgeous and well decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting.The room is well put together with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, microwave, and stove with an oven.The bed was comfortable and the sheets are luxurious.
