Nice location for our over night stop. The room was clean however our toilet didn't flush all the way. Being that we checked in late and we're leaving early in the a.m. we didn't complain and informed the desk at checkout. Didn't use any other amenities. Breakfast was very good and above the average hampton offering. The front desk was very welcoming at our late night check in.

Overall, my experience was positive. The room was nice. It appeared clean. There are plenty of USB ports for charging your electronics. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and I will never understand why hotels have feather down pillows. They are the worst, in my opinion. The hallway carpets, on the other hand, really needed to be vacuumed.

My husband and myself where looking for a get away and great stay. This hotel was on point, it was very clean, the service was great but one of the staff memebers stood out the most to us. The young ladies name was *Chandra* she alone made us feel very welcomed and she was very hands on with any questions; and or problems. She has a great spirit and has great people skills. Thank you we will be back, everyone was great. Now I did have one problem and that was the internet connection. They need to have better instructions.

This Hampton Inn hotel was quite up to standard, living up and passing its rating as a 2 star hotel. Despite it being coupled with another hotel, it was not an issue at all. Front desk staff were all on par, rooms were decently sized and updated, however had 2 small issues. The main one being that the beds were quite uncomfortable and that the bathroom door was a barn door without the ability to lock, however that being only an issue if you are not traveling alone. Outside of the room, the hotel has a decently sized indoor pool, and a business center. Breakfast is included in this property, and despite it being your average hotel breakfast, it also had included sandwiches (not found at a regular hampton inn) from the other hotel in which guests could take both breakfasts. Overall the hotel was fine for a single nights stay. Nothing fancy however pretty much what I expected if not slightly better. Outside of that, the location of the hotel was nice being near a business plaza with easy access to downtown Louisville via car.

The truest quote of this stay was when I asked for a late check out as we were seeing if our grandchildren needed us to stay another night…“this isn’t Marriott”. No, it certainly isn’t Marriott, especially when the hotel was right around half full and I asked for an afternoon check out and was told that the latest check out due to ‘availability’ was noon.
I travel a lot, hence I am Diamond at Hilton and Ambassador at Marriott. At Marriott, as the Hampton hotel employee eluded to, has a 4pm option for late check out…but as she said “this isn’t Marriott’. How true she is! @Hilton @HamptonInn @Marriott

It's one of the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in, to be perfectly frank. It's very large because one side is a Home2 Suites and the other is a regular Hampton Inn. They share a lobby, and it's huge. The breakfast area is 5 stars! Large and accommodating spaces for our group of 4. The pool was large for an indoor hotel pool and enjoyed very thoroughly by our group. As an added bonus, they had a little game room with a pool table and foosball, which we enjoyed immensely. The rooms were spacious, quiet and clean. I 100% would stay here again whenever I'm next in the Louisville area.

I stayed on 6/15/24. Nice hotel. However, I am only giving three stars because I left a cititrends bag with brand new medical scrubs that I had just purchased in the room when I left, by accident. Hotel staff claims that bag was not in the room. And I know it was. So whoever kept my medical scrubs (that I really really really needed), I hope the tops make you itch to death and the pants split when you bend over.

Why disable the input adjustment on the TVs? Just want to use my firestick instead of choosing from the whopping 12 channels to choose from. This is my main complaint.
My mini fridge was missing half the shelves and I struggled to fill it with my food.
The gray sausage patties and unseasoned dry potatoes for breakfast need to be replaced. The prepared breakfast sandwiches are wet and rubbery.
The guy with glasses that works at the front desk is constantly on his phone, smoking cigarettes out front and hacking. Not a welcoming presence to be hit in the face with smoke when I return to the hotel. He always looks like he just rolled out of bed.
I like the convenient location to my office, the rooms are clean, and bed is comfy.

Good hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. Did its job at providing a good nights sleep in a very safe and quiet location!
