High prices on cheap product. Large store, but if you want to look at anything, be prepared to be constantly asked if you need help...say no thanks, and everywhere or anything you touch will be watched so intensely it's unnerving and rude.

The sign clearly said buy one get one free...as they often have this deal. I get rung up and the "free wig" was $20 so buy one get one for $20. I spent a lot of money they have a lot of wigs I like but their prices are ridiculously overpriced without some type of deal. Your loss!

I want to give them no stars but Google requires something I was doing pass the store and it said buy 1 wig get 1 free it was a lie that's is for the really cheap wigs that do not look well and and poorly made the Simi better wigs where not on seal brought 2 wigs and before I let I change my mine on one of them went through the most tring to return it received addatude and told not to come back to store because I didn't want to received store credit for the item I didn't really want I didn't want anything in the store and I was disappointed in te wigs the one i wanted and the one i was forced to take because i didn't want to received store credit and shop in there store horrible Customer service. Terrible experience all the way around go to the store next door it's so much better better wigs Better customer service.

The beauty supply store next door is much better. This place has a 3 wig limited for you to try on and they hoover over you while you do. The woman in that back that assists with wigs also has a horrible attitude. The beauty supply next door has no limit to the number of wigs you can try on and they give you your space to try them on. They also don't treat you like you came in there to steal. I left this place and went next door to Famous Hair Beauty Supply and purchased two wigs that were better, also with better customer service.

This was my first time coming to this store and I must say thank you so much to the two young ladies that helped me out today. I twisted my ankle and was on crutches the lady immediately stopped me in my tracks and asked me what I needed. I never had to move. Just to take the cake they even walked me to my car helped me get in and all. Thank you so much for helping me I really appreciate you ladies. I will definitely be back.

Horrible place to shop at they owner makes up prices i was there two weeks ago and purchased hair from a box at 12.99 a pack went back today to get more and now it's 44.99 a pack.. hair heaven and beauty world all one place....

I love this wig shop. This place is my absolute go to for sure. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they are always eager to work with you and help you find what you're looking for. I have been shopping here for 1 year and a half now and I have a huge wig collection just from here. The pricing is so reasonable it's insane. Cookie is especially my favorite. She is so freakin nice and she always goes above and beyond when it comes to service. She is very passionate of what she does.

I was vistor in town passing through. I stopped at this location because I needed a few items.Aunt Jackie as people call her was impolite and nasty. I didn't care for her attitude at all.If it wasn't for the fact it was later in the evening, I would've went somewhere else.
