I will NOT be shopping here again, and I want to advise other Women of Color and Black women specifically to reconsider giving money to this “establishment”. I was watched/followed the entire time I was shopping, and was treated very rudely by the older Asian lady behind the counter as soon as I stepped foot in the store. I felt as if I was being profiled and stereotyped just because I was a Black shopper, when this type of store caters to people in my community. Luckily, I did not have the chance to spend any money in the store because I was asked to leave 20 minutes before the shop closed. I am VERY disappointed in the beauty supply store culture of today, and being subjected to this treatment as the norm when I need to visit beauty supply stores/stores similar to this one.

Great Customer Service and I always find what I am looking for. My primary reason that I visit this establishment was “perfume oils”period until I decided to go back natural in March 2023. This store has the “best” perfume oils that gives longevity and compliments to one’s skin. Please never get rid of your oils and thank you. Last week, Ivy gave me some great recommendations on natural hair products in which my hair loves, especially the Aunt Jackie’s Half & Half Hydrating Silkening Hair Milk. I do not hesitate to ask Ivy questions because she is very knowledgeable and honest about the products that they carry in their store. I will continue to purchase my perfume oils and natural hair products here and as long as customer service is on point.
