The guy I interacted with was of military background and I’m not sure if he was the owner or not but has been very patient and helpful. I highly recommend. He put me at ease about the total loss of my car. He worked hard to resolve the issues with my insurance company. He was honest about his assessment and friendly! I was able to text him and he gave me updates even though he was busy. Thanks!

The folks at Grossman are beyond awesome. They squeezed me in last minute when my coolant tank sprung a leak as I was driving across the country. They fixed everything in just a few hours and were super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cost was also very reasonable. I’d give them more than five stars if I could!

Best place to get your car serviced and have any work done to it. I have been taking my 2019 Porsche Cayenne to them for the past half a year and have absolutely no complaints! Matt is the man and can help you with any questions on any car! HIGHLY Recommend these guys

Took my 2018 Subaru to Grossman on recommendation from Paul from Sound Factory Louisville. Not only did they do great work for a reasonable price on my brakes, they also looked into my serpentine belt and instead of recommending replacement took it off and reran/greased it solving the squeaking issue I was dealing with free of charge. Fair priced work, great customer service and communication, and beautiful dogs in the lobby. Highly recommended.
