Professional and welcoming. I certainly appreciate Mike’s professionalism from the first time I reached out via email, through the ordering process, the bike build and fit on the day I picked my bike up. He always took the time to answer all of my questions and supported me throughout the process. As a person who doesn’t fit the typical triathlete “mold”, I felt very valued as a customer. Thanks Mike!

Well, I just missed them being open to the store being closed when I got here. But by the looks of it, through their 5 ginormous front windows, They have some pretty awesome bikes. I can see that The store is very clean and that it's very spacious for the customer to walk around or possibly test Ride the bike inside the store. To top it off......... this BIKE SHOP has a workbench inside the store. So the customer can watch their bike possibly get worked on. They might even let you work on your bike in the store only only their workbench I'm not sure, but either way, it's cool.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disrespectful. Shouldn’t be in business. Horrible to say the least.

Purchased a high end E-MTB from Mike and Gravel at GRIT cycling. They have done a fantastic job for me. Sales and service before, during and after the sale have been absolutely 5 star. Highly recommend and will continue doing business with them!

If you want to have a piece of mind that the dealer will stand by thier product, I'd buy elsewhere. Very unprofessional when it comes to warranty claims. I bought what is now $7800 bike from him and I had an issue with the seat where one of the carbon rails cracked in the first year. Instead of doing his job, he decided to have me do it for him and sent me on a wild goose chase emailing and calling different manufacturers wasting my time and they didnt want to help me when all he had to do was file a claim. At one point, the manufacturer of the seat, Selle Italia, said that the worst case, if the dealer and manufacturer won't help me, they would take care of it. Then, when the replacement wasn't the same, he got very abusive in his emails which I have proof of. I was going to ignore it but now feel it needs to be shared. I just called to ask him for a sales receipt and he claimed he wasn't going "falsify a receipt"? Says he doesn't have records from 2021 which is probably a lie. If I were you I'd find a near by dealer that sells the same brands so that you'll have the support you need should you have an issue.

Stop looking! BEST BIKE SHOP to work with!!!!I have been on the hunt for a Cervelo P5... to make the hunt more exciting it has to be a size 48. I checked every local bike shop and the big players here in Dallas. No one had stock but was told I could "check back in October we might have something coming down the pipe (price subject to change ;) )". I found Grit Cycling and Mike through a Google search and I DM'd him on Instagram. I was shocked when he said he had one 48 Cervelo P5 in twlight on the floor. This being my first TT bike I had a lot of questions and he responded promptly and professionally. We agreed to travel to Louisville to pick up and do a professional fitting with him. He also offered me the best and safest way to travel back without having to take the whole bike apart and pay another mechanic to put it back together. Our inbound flight got delayed on Saturday making it impossible to arrive before the shop closed. He graciously offered to come in on Sunday to do my fitting before our flight back home! During my fitting, he was attentive, educational, and responsive to my feedback. The bonus perk was meeting his dog Gravel! The whole process from initial contact, building, fitting, packaging, and traveling back home with my dream bike was effortless. I don't need to buy another bike for a while but I am tempted to buy a road bike from Mike because his customer service is impeccable! Thanks, Mike and Gravel for my dream bike!

I've purchased two Cervélos from Grit Cycling in the last 7 months. The owner, Mike, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He's gone way, way above and beyond to help me with any questions I've had, and given me countless hours of advice on everything from maintaining and upgrading my bikes to getting my fitment dialed in. As a relative newcomer to cycling, Mike and Grit Cycling have been a huge help and a terrific resource for me. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

I live in Florida and Mike @ Grit Cycles is currently taking care of a Cervélo Soloist build for me. He has gone above and beyond to help fit my needs and has been extremely patient — I have a lot of questions and I’m not exactly close to the shop. I am fully confident that Mike is treating my new build with lots of care and only fitting it with high quality parts. There has been no pressure to put me into gear that I can’t afford and no pressure to make decisions on a time crunch. Mike goes above and beyond to get you great pricing and gives you plenty of options — all with a friendly tone, great knowledge, and amazing customer service. He is more than happy to build what I want and then ship it to me — so I recommend that you use Grit Cycling whether you’re down the street or across the country. Thanks for the help Mike — I can’t wait to ride my new machine!

I am new to triathlons and biking in general. Everytime I come here, Mike and Gravel (the best shop dog in the business), are always happy to help me and answer all my questions. He has spent time guiding me through the sport and giving me valuable info I've used for races. He's worked on older bikes and I've bought my newest race bike from him. You're not going to find a bike shop that cares more about you and how you progress in riding like you will at Grit. If you're getting into triathlons or serious bike riding make this your first and last stop.

Very cool looking shop. Decorated really well, the white Mercedes truck out front parked on the sidewalk was a very nice touch. Walked in, the gentleman who I would assume is the owner didn't look at me, wasn't greeted. I actually checked my shoes to see if I had stepped in dog poop, then smelled my arm pits because it was obvious that he didn't care or want me in the shop. Would have possibly bought something but decided to leave after standing around for 10 minutes feeling sad and alone.
