VERY chaotic -everyone had to stay behind the rope and they LITERALLY just yelled out when certain destinations were boarding -all the way on the other side of the terminal. I had to ask twice what was being said and they looked none too pleased to be questioned!

Terrible, they don't provide good service and I didn't like traveling by Greyhound.

Very bad looking place, a lot of staff who are not going to travel in the premises, the area where it is located is really scary.
