I have been with Greg Vincent at State Farm for at least 30 years! He and his team are amazing and go above and beyond to help care for our many needs and is like part of our family now as we can call day or night in case of emergencies or severe weather. Just any accident we have had over past 30 years! We have every policy with Greg! Our Home Owners Policy, our Life Insurance Policies, all our Vehicles including our kiddos cars, my Jewelry Policy, our Liability Policy we added for any injury or issue on our property as we have alot of land. I guess what matters to me is not to have an agent who only cares about his bottom line BUT INSTEAD truly cares about the well being of the families he provides such critical care for in their daily lives. He has our back for lack of a better wording and is a GOOD HONEST MAN! At times that is a rare commodity today to find! I would not post this if I didn't believe this with all my heart. Good man, excellent support team who always is there and jumps on any and every call we make so what more could you ask for truly. Patti Weihe

I have been with State Farm for close to 31 years. I have been with Greg Vincent since 2012 and have been very pleased with the service I receive. I have not had many claims to deal with but, when I did, their team was amazing to work with!

My son and I went into the State Farm office, without an appointment, to get some needed information. Rene Braum graciously took us into her office, answered questions, took the time to hunt down answers & got a claim reopened that had been shut down. She took us, unannounced, and gave us her best, for as long as it needed to take. I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

I worked with Renee Branum and she assisted me in navigating through a claims issue right away that added $600 to the amount we received for a totaled vehicle. She also assisted with other issues.
