It is funny that I stopped in on a Friday at 6:48 pm on may 31st to be meet at the door with a comment “we’re closed”, and was directed to another great clips with a 40+ wait time. So make of them what you want.

I have never wrote a bad review but I think this one is necessary if it saves someone else from having to go through this. I would not recommend letting Debbie on Goose Creek Road in Louisville, Ky cut your hair if it is long and you’ve been growing it out for years. I went to get a trim and my face framing pieces touched up that I pull out for a pony tail. Once she got to the face pieces she pulled my hair down in my face to where I could not see, and the first thing I see when I look up is all my hair gone. She cut back even behind my ears. So I now have a bob in the front and hair down my back. She knew she messed up as soon as I looked in the mirror. She continued to try to “fix” it but only made it worse in the process while proceeding to blame my hair for why it looks like that. She said my hair separates too easy and I had breakage she was trying to blend? I have very minimal breakage which I have even been told by professionals.The breakage I do have is at the top of my head which is not what I was getting cut. I went home and realized it was even worse than I thought. I had to go to a different salon to see what they could do and they fixed it to where I could at least wear my hair up, but said to let it grow out. When I called Debbie at work to tell her how devastated I was, she hung up on me. When I called back she continued to blame my hair for her mistake and did not apologize once. This is not what I wanted right before the holidays.

The girl who cut my hair started right off asking if I had been "chopping" on my hair. I told her occasionally. Then she said "I can tell" and proceeded to tell me how long it had been since I was there and scolding me for not coming in sooner. She seemed angry the whole time and just continued to "chop" on my hair until I looked like a man. When she was done I told her the left side looked longer than the right and she said, "What difference does it make....you're gonna chop on it anyway." I was beyond furious when I left there. I left her a nice tip by mistake. Anyway, I have been wearing a wig ever since I had it cut because my goal is to NOT LOOK LIKE A MAN. And I have told everyone about my experience. I will not be back!!!
