Adam was my stylist, and gave me the best cut I have had in a very long time, he was polite and extremely professional. Also the store was very clean and everyone there was friendly. Keep up the good work ?

I had never been to Great Clips before and am always nervous about getting my hair cut, though I really like it short. I believe Troy was the one at the Hikes Point location that made me feel at ease and cut my hair. I'm loving the cut, and I'm not sure what all of the Karens are complaining about... the shop was clean, inviting, friendly staff... perhaps they need a high end salon with high end prices for their high end beliefs. ??♀️

Worst place ever to go to,once you get your hair butchered they want you to email customer service,I mean what are they going to do glue the hair back,some folks Can't cut hair,,never will I step foot back in there

Waiting 45 minutes watching them talk about food/while not even checking in customers. They take more breaks than cut hair. Terrible staff and service all over. Don't go here.
