After surgery I didn’t realize that I was going to have a difficult time for a few days. Gould’s Discount Medical delivered a wheelchair to my home the day that I was discharged. It was brand new and perfect for my needs.
Once I was done with the need for wheelchair Marc came and picked it up. He was polite and thanked me for using their service.

Awful service, the unprofessionalism was ridiculous. Multiple answers about services and the scheduling for pick up was all over the place. Waited all day just to be told this day of the week wasn’t even a pick up day for our address. Being told I was scheduled for a different day when that was not the case at all. Refusing to take ownership for actions and no communication of rescheduling. On a time of grieving my father this has to be the most inconsiderate business we have deal with.

The are fine except for their Cpap department! They harass you ALL THE TIME to order supplies even when you don’t need them! I have a year’s supply and they want to keep sending me stuff! Just because the insurance will pay for it, doesn’t mean I need it!!!
