the store itself is awesome but the staff. are LAZY and do not get in no rush whatsoever to wait on a customer and they also jus close the store whenever they feel like it on 3rd shift so u nvr know if it is open or not at night time , I think wit a few improvements and better management, it will b a 5 star rating but until they get the lazy asses out and stop closing it jus cuz they feel like it when it says 24hr , they about as bad as speedway on Preston is

While the location at 4909 Shelbyville Rd, St Matthews, KY 40207 was scheduled to close, they moved equipment to this location resulting in Shelbyville Road location to not be able to provide services. We visited on Thursday, had to order four tires and made an appointment for Saturday. This location, while having the other store equipment, would not guarantee service would be completed today. No attempt to correct or solutions provided after we order tires and scheduled appointment. I would rate no stars if could.

I have used this shop at various times over the years and have always had a satisfactory experience. Several months ago I purchased a new set of 4 tires. Wasn't planning on keeping the car long so they helped me find a budget set of tires. Then the other day I noticed a tire low on air and then found a screw in the tire. I called them up late in the day and they took me right in and fixed the flat for no charge in 15 minutes. I recommend this business.

This used to be affordable and dependable to place to bring your car for decades. As Bob Dylan sang "times are changing", this place has too.I had notice this placed was not as packed as use to be recently (more like a ghost town now) and I know the reason why. Came in to get a $20 dollar oil change like clock work. After dropping it off, they called me back saying I needed to change all kind of filters and replace bulbs. Gave the ok and ended up with a $360 bill.So after getting home I put in every additional service in you tube for my car and realized I had been overcharged $120 in hours at $40 an hour for each filter and bulb replacement.Each filter and bulb took about 5 minutes to complete. So I got ripped off.The whole service should have taken about an hour to do not the five hours of labor I was charged. Do now I will be changing service providers like some of my neighbors.

This place is awesome! I picked up my van at the airport and my tire was low. I had a 3 hour drive home and the employees at this business were ready to go home and stayed to help me get my tire fixed. Great customer service.

I was in Kentucky and was waiting for my 97 f150 to be delivered on Thursday , so I called the guys at Goodyear and told them That I was planning to drive it across country from Louisville to Anaheim ,Ca.and asked them tio check it out and repair what ever was wrong I scheduled an appointment for when it was supposed to be delivered but it was late arriving so I called and told them it was late arriving and they said no problem bring it in when it arrives and we will check it out. I took my truck in on Thursday afternoon and told them I had to check out of my motel at 11 am Friday and they said no problem bring your luggage here and you can put it in your truck .to make a long story short they found numerous things wrong and that was no surprise and they worked on my truck Thursday afternoon and most of the day Friday and when completed said I should have no problems on the way to Ca and I didn't ,it was a joy to drive and feel worry free, So here is a big shout out to all of the guys at the Goodyear Auto Service Center at 3016 Bardstown Rd Louisville ,Ky Thanks for making my trip trouble free . I cannot say enough good things about everyone ! I WILL ALWAYS BE THANKFUL TI YOU ALL CALVIN MAHONEY

Always very prompt and very courteous. Made a mistake ordering tires and the customer service department and the guys at the desk were very understanding. I've brought more than 4 different cars to them and will continue to patron this location.

I called today for a tire estimate. The service rep hung up on me several times. It was very unprofessional and pretty sad when a tire store employee refuses to give an estimate on their product

I had my car in shop last weekend, at first I was told that the part for my car was not available due to the how many years old it is ( '98 Malibu) but the crew worked hard enough and found a part that would work and the price was much lower than expected. I really was pleased they went above and beyond to help me get my car running again. Kudos to the employees there

My car battery died in the parking lot of the Gardiner Lane Shopping Center. Roadside Assistance said it would be 3 hours before they could come help me. Luckily, this Goodyear store was in the same shopping center -- stroke of luck! They took my car and replaced the battery in less than an hour while I had a restorative cup of tea at the Heinie Brothers in the same shopping center. Reasonable price, really nice people, quick and efficient service. Who could ask for more? They helped turn what could have been a VERY bad day into a minor inconvenience. Thank you Goodyear store!

Mike is awesome, called him and he helped me out on the spot. They fixed my hole in my tire at no cost. I will definitely be back. I need four new tires soon and this is where I'll be buying them.

I picked up a bolt in my tire right at bardstown rd and the Watterson on Thursday. I pulled into gardiner lane shopping center to check my tires and found the issue. I took it into Goodyear and they got it back quick, we're able to repair it FOR FREE and we're very polite and kind when helping me. They were my saving grace on Thursday!

Very impressed! I brought my car in for a brake check because I bought it used and wasn't sure of when or if they had ever been serviced. They checked and told me that the brakes look fine and won't need anything for another 10,000 miles. That's honest! I'm a 62 year old woman who knows nothing about cars and they could have told me anything but they didn't.
