I really like shopping there and every time I do I donate some money and believe me I do it very often since I find very good household appliances, but speaking of clothes and shoes I think they are exaggerating the prices of things that are very used and sometimes very poor condition since very few are new, they should take this into account and the shoes have some difference between the new ones and the very old ones but never exaggerating the prices, as well as the underwear being more expensive than if they were new 🙆♀️ and the prices of children's toys have been increasing, I think they should separate and or classify the products taking into account their quality, their purposes are very good but also keep in mind that they are donated and each one is always very used As for the workers there, everything is very good 👍

Parking? Good luck getting into the lot without a panic attack. My car scrapes when I leave the lot.
Prices? Skyrocketed. Tried to buy something with a 2.99 sticker on it only to find out it also had 5 8.99 stickers in a different area. This is goodwill, why am I finding items in an unorganized dirty pile for 25.99?
This store makes me feel like I need a bath after I look through, but after seeing the prices today I will go further and go to different locations.
The workers are usually nice and helpful, but the prices are the same as resellers online basically and it’s too dirty and used for that

I am a regular Goodwill shopper and this is by far one of the worst. It is smelly, dirty, unorganized, books are thrown in a big pile, Xmas stuff piled up so that you cannot look at it. Way overpriced compared to other GW's. Parking is awful.
They need some help to organize the shelves!

Terrible parking situation. Aisles crowded and crammed. Higher prices on most things than other goodwill locations. Not a lot of deals there.

I've been to most of the Goodwill's but now I only go to this one. It's the best and the people who work there are always friendly and always helpful.

I had a return on a $30 Playstation 3 that I bought from the Hurstbourne location and I took it here and they told me that they could only do an exchange. If I wanted a refund I had to go to the store I got it from. So I had to drive all the way up to Hurstbourne to get my money back and the Hurstbourne location told me it is the Goodwill policy across Kentucky to do refunds at any location, not just the store you bought it from. So it appears the manager at this location is just making up their own rules and not following Goodwill corporate policy.

Interacted with a rude manager and a rude cashier. Cashier pushed past my dad, like fully shoved him with her shoulder, to get past him without asking him to move or apologizing for the shove. She was coming from behind him so he had no idea she was trying to walk through. She was very short with us at checkout, barely made eye contact, and didn’t greet us at all. We had not interacted with her before she pushed past my dad so I don’t think we could have done anything to make her upset. The name written on the survey card says Daysha. We bought a piece of furniture and went to lift the piece to bring it to the car, and the manager (in a harsh tone and raised voice) demanded to see our receipt, despite the fact that she was standing next to the cashier that checked us out and watched the transaction take place. My dad and I are the type of people to shrug our shoulders and laugh about it later in the car, but it was still a frustrating experience and I’m not sure why we were being treated like we were stealing or trying to be difficult.

I've been there twice and I'll never go back. I had the same cashier both times and she charged me $5.59 for clothing marked as $1.99. She was rude and used racial face expression. Worse experience ever

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!I'm a regular goodwill shopper and this is so far the worse to go to. They like to overcharge for clothing, it's ridiculous!!!

This Goodwill store is highly overpriced. Every time I come here I find items that are priced with the original stores price and the Goodwillprice is just as high, if not higher! Did they forget that it's used old stuff that's been donated to them for free? No wonder the owner is a multi millionaire.
